[Pann] Female idols and the stories behind their stage names

Yura (Kim Ah Young): Company thought her real name didn't sound good with the other member names (Minah, Hyeri, Sojin) so they gave her a new stage name.

UEE (Kim Yoo Jin): Wanted an easier name for people to remember so she took the 'U' from 'Yoo' in her name and added EE.

Raina (Oh Hye Rin): Stands for 'peace' and 'queen' in Spanish.

Nana (Im Jin Ah): Because she looks like the character Nana from 'Nana'

Lizzy (Park Soo Young): Her CEO wanted to give her a countrified name like 'Duk-yi' or 'Soon-yi' because he thought it'd fit her better but she came up with Lizzy, taken from the tree name 'Yun-ri-ji'.

Qri (Lee Ji Hyun): Her friends always called her 'Cu-ry', a combination of 'cute' and 'pretty', and she decided to just use it as her stage name too.

Juniel (Choi Jun Hee): Juniel is a combination of her name Junhee and L for 'love' (jun-hee-L). She came up with it herself to express a variety of emotions.

Joy (Park Soo Young): "Joy means happiness in English and our trainer unni came up with it hoping that its positive meaning would bring positivity."

Irene (Bae Joo Hyun): "My trainer unni also named me and it means 'goddess of peace'"

Miryo (Jo Mi Hye): Her friends always called her 'Jo Mi Ryo (MSG)' because her name sounded like it when said really fast. She decided to use it as her stage name by leaving out her last name.

Narsha (Park Hyo Jin): Got the idea from an old Korean text where the word 'narsha' appears. Narsha is actually a Korean word meaning 'to fly'.

Zinger (Jung Hana): Took 'Zinger' because she looks up to Nicole Scherzinger from the Pussycat Dolls. She preferred being called by her real name and switched.

Lee Yoo Ae Rin (Lee Hae Min): Used it as her fake name when she first met her CEO because she thought he could be a fraud. Her CEO later let her keep it as her stage name so she kept it.
