Article: 'School 2013' Kwa Jung Wook "I'm going my own way" When will his rebellion end?
Source: TV Report via Nate
1. [+228, -5] This drama seriously shows exactly what's going on inside real schools lately. It disgusts me that Oh Jung Ho is being suspected because of his past. I want to hit the girl sitting next to Nam Kyung Min and Song Ha Kyung
2. [+206, -6] Am I the only one that heard that kid next to Choon Dragon (?) say "Hing~ You were fooled"? ă…‹ă…‹ă…‹
3. [+173, -7] Gye Nari's the one that took it ă… ă… Our Seung Soo's crying ă… ă… ă…

Article: 'School 2013' Kim Woo Bin was on probation 'Shock'
Source: Newsen via Nate
1. [+428, -19] I think that Gye Nari stole it and Heung Soo saw her do it because he looked as if he knew what was going on.. And when at the end he/she said he/she didn't do it, it was because it was true and there's suspicion arising because he/she lived rebelliously (TN: I'm so sorry if this is confusing, I don't watch the drama so I have no idea what's going on. I hope you understand it in context???)
2. [+389, -21] Did everyone see Heung Soon in their gym uniforms... Perfect fit ♥_♥
3. [+350, -21] Nari took it, I'm 100% sure of it. Probably because she felt like she lost her friend to her phone.

Article: 'School 2013' Kim Woo Bin accused as the thief, why? 'On probation'
Source: TV Daily via Nate
1. [+193, -7] Oh Jung Ho sold his phone, that's why he couldn't pick up the callă… and he was embarrassed so he couldn't say it
2. [+184, -4] It felt like the break up scene between lovers. He said he forgot about it because he was having fun with him... This is the first time I've put myself in the shoes of a male drama character ă…‹ă…‹ă…‹ă…‹
2. [+163, -4] It really broke my heart when he started crying that he forgot that he had a past to him because he was having fun with him ă… ă… ă… ă… He may be on probation but there's no need to treat him in such a manner!

Article: 'School 2013' Kim Woo Bin, a sad youth chained to his past
Source: TV Daily via Nate
1. [+631, -4] I think this is what a real drama is... These are the dramas that deserve awards. But by the year-end, it'll be forgotten and other dramas with top stars and idols will get all of the rookie awards and such... I love all of the actors here
2. [+563, -5] Every single cast member is so great at acting... Other dramas should use rookie actors like them instead of idols. Give them a chance.
3. [+495, -4] This is why it's difficult once you're branded for a certain reputation...

I'm sure Nari took the cell phone. I actually liked her character for being one of the few pretty girls non-bitch on the drama. But now that her character has left so much shit for Heungsoo I jsut UGH SFDKF NSKDFJ NDK
ReplyDelete& I always referred to the couple as "SoonSoo" :3
Okay, either I completely misunderstood the ending, or the story's plot is getting rehashed. Is Heungsoo saying he can't forget about his past as in being on probation or as in Namsoon breaking his leg and crushing his dream of being a soccer player? When Heungsoo denied being the one who stole the phone to Namsoon, does Namsoon believe him? If he does, then why does he ask Heungsoo a second time? If he doesn't believe him... well, why the hell wouldn't Namsoon believe him? I mean, come on, they've been friends for so damn long! I'm 100% sure that Heungsoo didn't take the cellphone, but why is he just letting the police cart him off to the police station? Why doesn't he say something, dammit? TELL JUNG-SAEMMMMM. OR BETTER YET, KANG-SAEM! They'll know something to help him out of it! When I said I wanted more of Heungsoo and Namsoon, I meant the bromance, dammit! Not more complications!!!
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, even though Kyungmin's a total snob, I kind of hope she ends up with Yikyung. They'd be such a cute couple! I think the drama was pushing us in that direction, too, especially with the way he was protecting her during the dodgeball game.
Ok, i totally understand your confusion because I had to watch it multiple times myself.
ReplyDeleteHeungsoo is saying that the reason why "it's him" is because of his terrible past. He didn't ACTUALLY do it, but the police is convinced he did. The only reason why he's being accused is because of his bad history, because he came out of the classroom, and because he's on probation. There's no concrete evidence. Namsoon and Heungsoo were both crying because they knew that Heungsoo wasn't guilty. Namsoon was asking "WHY IS IT YOU!?" multiple times not because he thought Heungsoo stole the bread (they BOTH knew he didn't) but more like because he was mad at the world.
In my honest opinion, I think Nari (aka "brain tumor") stole the phone, and that she went by undetected by the CCTV, somehow.
The reason why Kang/Jung ssaem were like "holy crud" at the end of the episode is because they know how incriminating just the fact of Heungsoo being on probation is.
Tell me if this doesn't make sense or if you need any further explanation :)
Yeah, thanks for the explanation! I kind of figured out the reason why Heungsoo said it was him based on the netizen comments in this article, but I couldn't understand Namsoon's reaction at all!
ReplyDeleteI guess maybe it's just that the CCTVs aren't actually inside the classroom - maybe they're outside at the school's entrance or something like that, so they can kind of detect who went to PE class or who came into class late, but they can't detect what's happening in every classroom. I mean, if there were CCTVs in all the classrooms, why didn't anyone bother to check it instead of accusing Jungho in the first place?
And also, I don't think it's that Heungsoo wouldn't rat out Nari. It's not like they're close friends or anything, and morally, that just doesn't go along with how he's been behaving throughout the series. I think he would at least confront her if he saw her stealing it. So it's either he didn't know she was stealing it, or he didn't see it.
On another slight tangent, doesn't it surprise you that Nari's friend's father can call up the POLICE for cell phone theft? I'm not saying that petty theft isn't wrong, but shouldn't the police be dispatched for more important reasons?
The friendship between man is more than this...I'm telling you...but not that cheesy like this lol..
ReplyDeleteThat's so true lol!! Maybe it's just a culture difference.
ReplyDeletekorean guys have big lips

My thoughts exactly. ;_;
HeungSoon. <3 Heungsoo is definitely the man in the bromance. :'D
ReplyDeleteI always thought it made sense to use the same syllable
ReplyDeleteSoonsoo is second syllable of their names
HeungNam would be the first syllables
or maybe I'm just weird :p
but yeah heungsoo is def the man!
Yeah I get that part!! Haha nevermind :)
ReplyDeleteI really feel like its Nari too, but if it is, I really wish they made it more obvious. She's really the glaring suspect in this case.
ReplyDeleteBut I still don't dislike her character; jealousy and material things are a huge part of high school and teens, so it's like adding another layer of depth to her character, as well as something that lots of teens can relate to.
ll, they forgot that Kangjoo is played by an idol. (Ryu Hyoyoung of Co-ed/5Dolls)
