They should've known to keep pushing their "Nothing Lasts Forever" concept if they don't want to be treated like this.

    Lol I have nothing against showing body but I'm bored of this too. Maybe that's why I'm listening to jpop more a long side kpop. THIS IS NOT A VS comment tho. But sometimes I feel like kpop idol groups are too boring because they play it too safe
    I mean in jpop cute girl groups like AKB48 that show skin too but they DONE A SONG ABOUT SUICIDE or dress in Goth or break out of prison.

    I LOVE BOTH KPOP AND JPOP EQUALLY but I would love if Korean companies take risks. Look at NUEST or BAP, they were so cool being tough but then their new songs are typical Aegyos stuffs D: anyway hope no one take my comment as a fight ^^

    1. I agree. Almost all Western MVs have a sexual reference in them. Male singers' MV are filled with bikini-clad girls and female singers' MV are filled with bras and underwears.
      The thing is, I've never liked how Western people sexualized music and mainstreamed it till it became the musical norm.
      But what to do, this world is sick.

      People expressing sexuality ISN'T and shouldn't be consider sick, you virgin.
      Different culture have different ways of looking at thing. Certain culture repress sexuality while other culture embrace it.

      No biggie. Get over it. You're not used to that, fine, but considering it sick is just denying human nature. Fact - human, both men and women, subconsciously think about sex constantly.

  11. Song is miles down less catchier than Twinkle Twinkle, HMO basically their cutesy songs even shitty OMG. This song is plain bland and generic, bordering boring especially with that mv with how usually fun Girl's Day mvs are. Whatever, Girl's Day debuted in the same year as miss A and SISTAR but are still in rookie's level. They are just like Rainbow going to struggle forever, I don't see them as a group lasting longer than what idol groups will last (5 years), they will go down sooner. The 10 dedicated fans they have holding up their fansite, praying for you!

  15. To the people who are tired of cute and sexy: That is what makes it POPular. You need to start listening to something besides Pop Music! There's plenty of underground/independent music out there. You'll have to put some effort into finding it, but I suspect you'll appreciate it that much more if you find it on your own. It can be much more fulfilling than having the corporations serve you up another helping of Formula A or Formula B.

    Now, having said that, I'm starting to like Girl's Day....Sojin is so hot!

  18. The song is forgettable. I think companies don't want to take a risk because taking a risk could possibly mean losing money. If something isn't broke don't fix it. The trend is for girls to be cute or sexy, that's what makes money, so that's what you'll keep seeing. Even a group like 2NE1 went into trying to be sexy with their latest comeback. The only female idol I can think of that is different is Gain. She sings about more adult themes (sex, virginity, love) than the typical group. But even she still has that sexy concept. Most of the groups debuting now are all imitations of each other. It's quite boring.
