[+1,128, -20] It wasn't the "unreasonable investigations" by the police that was the problem but the media

[+500, -8] The investigations themselves weren't the issue per se, it's that every single thing discovered in the case was being leaked to the media. It started as a drug investigation by revealing his full identity right off the bat, and when he started testing negative, they started shifting the focus to the madame... The whole thing was just so wrong. No wonder someone's died. A celebrity has so much more to lose than the average person and the police needed to have kept it more tightly under wraps than this. What have they done?

[+503, -45] This whole thing just felt like everyone was out to kill him from the start. The investigations should've been kept quiet but every single thing was immediately taken to the media despite the fact that there has been no evidence of a crime yet. Same thing for G-Dragon. Every single piece of investigation was just taken straight to the media. The police really handled all of this so wrong.

[+360, -9] The police needed to have kept the investigations private, but they let both Lee Sun Kyun and G-Dragon get dragged through the mud through the entire process. What did they expect to happen by releasing such a private clip to the public like that? That's societal murder.

[+190, -4] The blood is on the hands of the police who sold leaks to the press and the reporters who lapped it up

[+156, -0] The media is the biggest blame

[+167, -33] The police were totally unreasonable. Despite continuously testing negative, they kept putting him through the questioning wringer all over some claims made by a madame. How is that not unreasonable?

[+119, -4] I also think the media killed him. The media kept putting out news about his private life that had nothing to do with the drug case! He probably felt like he was left out in the open completely naked. I remember thinking that humans make mistakes, so I can't believe all this happened as a result of it. May he rest in peace ㅠ

[+87, -2] Whoever leaked that phone call recording needs to be investigated. Whether it was a police or a reporter, they're the ones that killed him by leaking that.

[+67, -2] He probably couldn't face his wife and children anymore... but seeing him comply with lie detector tests and all that, I was thinking that he was really working hard to clear his name so I was hoping for some good news soon... can't believe this was the news that came next. May he rest in peace...

[+65, -4] The police were played by the madame. If you listen to the recording, the madame clearly sounds like she's trying to push him into a corner and making up all sorts of lies to try and squeeze as much money as she can out of him. Ridiculous that police immediately summoned him without trying to verify any of her claims first...

[+64, -6] Once he tested negative, they erally needed to back off ㅠㅠ they really crossed the line ㅠㅠ they humiliated him until his last breath. Every detail of his private life revealed like this ㅠㅠ I already miss his acting..! I can't imagine how his family must feel ㅠㅠ I hope to never see a celebrity treated like this by the media and police again

[+56, -7] The police failed to find evidence three times but still forced him in front of the cameras like that. The media did anything they could to maliciously edit clips together to find evidence where there was none. Are you all happy now?
