Why didn't Kim Garam protest her school violence committee sentencing if she was the victim?

1. [+3,187, -15] This has to be a first in the entertainment industry, right? A #5 disposition..?
2. [+2,500, -31] The reason she just accepted it? It's obvious. The ruling was probably more lenient than what her crime deserved so her parents just wanted to hurry up and move on from it. If she really was a victim of abuse, do you think her parents would've just accepted a #5 disposition without a fight?
3. [+1,647, -18] I don't even know what her agency is trying to say. So they admit that a case with the school violence committee was opened but claims she didn't do anything wrong;; is this a joke? People need to realize that she did something so bad that a case had to be opened in the first place. It's ridiculous how many different clarifications they're putting out while still missing the point.
4. [+946, -17] Hybe just keeps saying the same thing. They admit she received a disposition #5 but claims that it would've been lower if she had filed an objection. Okay, then where are the clarifications for her other past photos?
5. [+392, -1] Her school was watching over her the entire time she was their student. Do you really think they would've sentenced her to a #5 if she was truly the victim like they're claiming? If anything, schools are known to give more lenient sentencing in consideration for the student's future.
6. [+340, -6] She's been hopeless since middle school judging by her actions and manner of speech. People like her shouldn't be allowed to debut as idols of teenagers. Celebrities need to be held to higher scrutiny considering the millions they make off the love of the public.
7. [+298, -2] It's so crazy how Hybe keeps trying to call the victim the perpetrator and claiming the perpetrator is actually the victim. It gives me goosebumps that we live in such a society right now.
8. [+277, -3] Reading Hybe or Source or whatever's clarifications actually gives me goosebumps with how tacky they're being, all just to protect this thug ㅋㅋㅋㅋ "she was like this in elementary school, like that in junior high school" but now that it's been found that she received a #5 disposition, they're claiming it's unfortunate that her parents didn't object the sentencing? So they're blaming the school violence committee for ruling wrong? ㅋㅋㅋ Are they seriously trying to claim that Kim Garam is actually the victim and that the school violence committee didn't thoroughly investigate the case? ㅋㅋ
9. [+277, -4] It's obvious that Source Music has no idea how the school violence committee works. Even if she was transferred, both schools have to cooperate for the committee, and it's impossible for the names to get mixed up like Source is claiming. Furthermore, the fact that her parents accepted the #5 ruling means that they understand that she was sentenced to something lesser than what she deserved so they just accepted it to move on from the case.
10. [+258, -5] The school violence committee is not some PTA meeting that meets and adjourns at a whim. It's an extremely serious committee that barely opens once a year and involves participation from the police and office of education. It's ridiculous that Source is claiming these false things.
11. [+215, -0] A #5 disposition ruling stays on your record forever. There's no way the parents would've left it if she was the victim just to "teach her a lesson"
12. [+79, -0] I remember a case a long time ago where a group of students locked up a classmate and assaulted them, which received a disposition #4. For her to receive a disposition #5 means that she was definitely a part of the gang fight and that she was one of the instigators. A disposition #5 remains on your school records even after graduation. For context, dispositions #6 and up are applied to students who've committed murder, theft, and sex crimes.

1. [+1,432] Na-Garam (TN: 'nagara' means to leave)
2. [+971] I think she's eventually going to be kicked out for good. This is an agency that's known around the world as a leader of K-Pop so please set a good example for everyone else.
3. [+810] Kicking her out is the only answer so I'm really curious as to why her agency feels the need to hold on to her like this
4. [+328] Is this a new record? Being kicked out the same promo as your debut ㅋㅋㅋ 😂
5. [+378] I will never understand her agency for keeping a kid who was sentenced to a disposition #5, and I will never understand her for not voluntarily leaving in the first place
6. [+313] Their clarification is so ridiculous. They're claiming a kid who received a disposition #5 is so hurt and in need of rest ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ according to interviews from experts, there is no way a student receives a disposition #5 over a simple mistake
7. [+131] I don't think the group will feel her absence even if she leaves
8. [+156] Hybe is always suffering from their girl groups
9. [+129] "Temporarily", instead of kicking her out, they're telling her to just stay home for a bit
10. [+115] And the reason for halting her promos temporarily is not even to reflect on her mistakes but to "ease her hurt feelings" ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ is this a joke

4. [+276] But isn't V a Hybe artist too?!
5. [+385] ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I'm laughing at pictures of her phone case being found... Hybe just needs to keep their mouth shut
6. [+188] She is such a joke
7. [+597] Better never say you're an NCT fan
8. [+65] I'm so curious.. with all this evidence, all this talk... what does Hybe see in her to be shielding her like this
