DSP leaves out the word 'disbandment' in KARA's contract announcement, what does that mean for the group?

Article speculates that while DSP did announce that three members would be leaving the company, they never officially used the word 'disbandment' anywhere in their official statement, leaving prospects for a future reunion left open.

They'll have to decide between reuniting as Gyuri, Seungyeon, Hara, Nicole, and Jiyoung as 5 or with Youngji as 4. To the public, the 5 will be remembered more. I'm not sure why DSP felt the need to add Youngji and put her in an awkward spot.
