10 students at a daycare center were found with needle marks all over their hands and feet. The children said that whenever they did something wrong, their teacher poked them with a needle. One student revealed that the teacher would lift her skin up, stick four needles in it, and make her wait five minutes before taking them out. She had four small needle marks on her leg.
