For three months after his lawsuit, he took care of himself and laid low before starting celebrity promotions six months later. He also didn't start solo promotions until a year after he actually won his lawsuit... The company he's in now may be doing well now but back when he was a solo in 2010, it was just a small agency... Hankyung's case is severely different from Kris.
