"If our company hopes to become the best once again in 2014, then we need to bring forth the strength of not our producer but all our company's employees. For the unappreciated JYP staffs but who deserve the actual credit.

We need to become a company where the staff don't just check in and check out but where staff actually want to work. If the people working at an entertainment company are not entertained themselves, how can we expect to entertain the public? We shouldn't be focused on being a top three agency but rather our internal development.

If I were to say that I advanced without any management or support, what does that make the people who managed and supported me? How can I expect my fans to understand a company that even I, a celebrity who is a part of the company, cannot understand? JYP needs reform in 2014."

SM and YG are continually on the rise while JYP continues to fall and I don't think any of the JYP artists know themselves what's going on or what the problem is. They just sit around like clowns, waiting for the next order. Taecyeon is smart enough to recognize the problems and bring attention to it on SNS in a way that won't be too controversial but still add weight to the issue. Seems Taecyeon won't be renewing his contract. JYP cannot fire him for doing this since they will get hate in the end for it.
