A man copyrighted the word 'niditi' as a Korean word for sex. 'n', 'd', and 't' are the characters for 's', 'e', and 'x' on the Korean keyboard.

He reasoned, "'Sex' is not anything to be shameful of but the word is banned on Naver, Daum, Nate and other portal sites so that anyone without a 19+ account can't search the word up at all. Even 'ndt' is banned on Naver. There is nothing wrong or right about sex, but it's certainly wrong to have it banned like this.

The only way to raise the birthrate of our country is to make it so that sex is positive but our country is the complete opposite. They immediately put anything related to sex down and bombard the media with articles about domestic rape, sexual assault, and divorces arising from sexual differences. This forces a negative image of sex that intimidates everyone.

Adults are too embarrassed or ashamed of using Korean words for sex let alone the English word so I thought I'd create a completely new Korean word that could help foster a new perception of sex in our country. Sex is beautiful and amazing, people should be confident enough to use the word 'niditi' in public without shame."
