Shinee used to look like absolute twinks back in the day.

  2. 15 days. because of yonghwa i say.

    ReplyDelete
  3. lol, if I remember right, BEAST 1st win is Shock

    ReplyDelete
  4. I still see taemin as how he looked when he debuted. I really dont get it when girls say he's sexy... it's like pedophelia.
    Noona youre so pretty~

    ReplyDelete
  5. Yikes, this is just asking for fan wars to happen in the comment section here at NB.

I'm just gonna chill here, sit back, and watch the shit show happen anytime now.

    ReplyDelete
  6. infinite won with be mine 1st right? o_o damn cnblue... i remember watching the broadcast and i was shocked but super happy for them!

    ReplyDelete
  7. I miss SJ with all 13 members... Now there's only like 8... Less than snsd. But I'm happy they are still doing well with their world tour :)) but one thing: members getting lesser and lesser, but concert tix price getting higher and higher!!! WTF

    ReplyDelete
  8. Thats it! Im relistening to ft island, 2am, and dbsk's old songs.
Hug is a creepy/macaronicheesy song, but ef it! Its cute!

    ReplyDelete
  9. I think Infinite's first win was Be mine?

    ReplyDelete
  10. but hug was tvxq's debut single.. how come it took them 51 days?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Lee Hi: 7 days ;)

    ReplyDelete
  12. i think they made it based on major public broadcast shows (Mubank, Inkigayo) Beast won 1st with Shock on MCountdown which is a cable channel. I remember Infinite won 1st with Be Mine too but it was on Mcountdown, while they won Inkigayo first time with Paradise.

    ReplyDelete
  13. U is super junior's best
BYE at the other title tracks

    ReplyDelete
  14. CHOKE ME SEUNGRIJune 15, 2013 at 3:10 AM

my babies worked hard to get to the top <3

    ReplyDelete
  15. this list only counts public broadcast wins (Music Bank/Inkigayo).

    ReplyDelete
  16. I hope they make girl group version too!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Do you have popcorn with you? I want to join as well hehe :P

    ReplyDelete
  18. ... Lee Hi's not a male group

    ReplyDelete
  19. Here ya go. I brought plenty~

    ReplyDelete
  20. ah so the one in inkigayo on the 9th of oct 2011, is it? the mcountdown one didnt count...

    ReplyDelete
  21. Bigbang my boys <333

    ReplyDelete
  22. They started performing on music show somewhere around March 2004. So a few weeks after that they finally got 1st place.

    ReplyDelete
  23. He was extremelyyy popular at that time because of 'You're Beautiful'

the only reason cnblue got to debut in korea was because of his popularity. If not for him, fnc probably would've still left them in Japan.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I've noticed that when people say that, nothing happens lol

    ReplyDelete
  25. wow! Daebak SHINee~~ ^^

    ReplyDelete
  26. aw~ fetus DBSK <3
Hug era Yoochun looks older than he is now lol

    ReplyDelete
  27. i think that's a part of promotion. it's like doing a predebut reality show. i like 'waetoria' actually

    ReplyDelete
  28. there's nothing controversial about this though? what is there to fight over?

    ReplyDelete
  29. baby dbsk <3

    ReplyDelete
  30. not really. if he didn't get so popular, then fnc wouldn't have had the confidence to bring them back to korea. At that time, fnc was going through financial difficulties. yonghwa & cnblue helped them out a lot financially.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Wish there was a complete list.

    ReplyDelete
  32. hey save me a seat

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm still waiting for U-KISS to win atleast I will see pure tears.

    ReplyDelete
  34. NB, I want to know about the female groups...

    ReplyDelete
  35. I think B2ST's 1st win is Shock? :OOOOOO

    ReplyDelete
  36. M!Countdown is from Mnet which isn't a public channel...

    ReplyDelete
  37. I sorta knew this was gonna come out after what happened yesterday.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wat.

Beast got their first #1 win with Shock, not Soom. (Oct 14 2009 (Beast is the B2ST release date) - 25 March 2010 (Shock) that's 163 days.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I thought 'its you' was their best promoted song though..

    ReplyDelete
  40. ouch i know what are you implying to..

    ReplyDelete
  41. Oh gosh, I watching SJ's first win. Precious babies couldn't stop crying! It also makes me think of Full House, oh the memories!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. This is article is one big shade. lol

    ReplyDelete
  43. Personally I find comments like this stupid and redundant.

    ReplyDelete
  44. No. I'm not implying this to anyone. I mean after soooo many years, if they'll win I'm sure they'll cry hard.

    ReplyDelete
  45. well they mean major channel music show so mnet m countdown didn't count...

    ReplyDelete
  46. what are you talking about

    they still look like twinks

    ReplyDelete
  47. I think 'It's You' and 'No Other' are the best. Some of the first few K-Pop songs I could actually listen without having to watch the MV.

    ReplyDelete
  48. 2am's winning speech made me cry, they were bawling so hard

    ReplyDelete
  49. actually i see yc and js are the one that hasn't change much lol jj,yh and cm look more matured now but those two look the same till now lol

    ReplyDelete
  50. ok, but since when do we discredit wins on cable channels.

as if wins on public channels mean more. you just have to see what happened last weekend and yesterday, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  51. And now I'm off to watch my bias goups's first win speeches.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Miss A - 22 Days(?)

    2NE1 - They've released FIRE on May 6/7, 2009 and they won on June 14, 2009 ..

    ReplyDelete
  53. I like your dp :))

    ReplyDelete
  54. man I could seriously cry and reminisce about the simple, super gimmicky-free days of kpop.... they are long gone.

    ReplyDelete
  55. yep b2uty remember that day more than the day b2st win 1st with "soom"

    ReplyDelete
  56. U-KISS - ? (Still counting)

    ReplyDelete
  57. it's like they gave up after sorry sorry..

    ReplyDelete
  58. not me...i only explain this posting...you stupid

then just make your own posting include Mnet M countdown since..all of the list above didn't include m countdown..

    ReplyDelete
  59. I Speak The Truth!June 15, 2013 at 3:30 AM

nahhh SJ first win was also in mnet so...

    ReplyDelete
  60. until someone makes a pann post about it you won't see anything

    ReplyDelete
  61. I think this one is supposed to remind a certain group of something very specific.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Nope, it's inkigayo or at that time it's called 'mutizen song' I think..

    ReplyDelete
  63. ISWYD *giggles*

    ReplyDelete
  64. No, it was Inkigayo.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Infinite's first win was with Be Mine though.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Can't wait for the female audition.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I was thinking the same thing.

    ReplyDelete
  68. suju first won in this article was count from their first win on inkigayo not m countdown

    another stupid person

    ReplyDelete
  69. I Speak The Truth!June 15, 2013 at 3:36 AM

i'd rather be stupid than being rude...

    ReplyDelete
  70. Not SJ. It's SM. SJ's self composed songs are pretty good and pleasure to the ears. My favorites are 'A short journey' and 'all my heart'. Henry is a perfect example that SJ members don't give up that easily. Or they wouldn't have achieved their status today

    ReplyDelete
  71. Yes, because it's very apparent when Netizen Buzz's title says "first #1 win" and not "first #1 win on Inkigayo/Music Bank".

First wins are first wins, no matter where.

    ReplyDelete
  72. I Speak The Truth!June 15, 2013 at 3:37 AM

    opps sorry...

    ReplyDelete
  73. I Speak The Truth!June 15, 2013 at 3:37 AM

    t(^_^)t

    ReplyDelete
  74. They're wrong with INFINITE, it was Be Mine. OTL.

    ReplyDelete
  75. uhhhh then tell that to the netizen who made the list instead of downvoting someone who just explained it???

    ReplyDelete
  76. hufffff...whatever..i said just make your own list since list above didn't include m countdown...

    ReplyDelete
  77. woowww cnblueee <3 <3 yonghwaaa my love.....

    ReplyDelete
  78. Ok this is where I have to go all fangirl, ahem.. CNBLUE ♡ ^^

    ReplyDelete
  79. Still waiting for U-Kiss to win their first one...

    ReplyDelete
  80. B2ST's first win was Shock, though, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I think they should change the title to avoid ambiguity.
"# of days it took male groups for their first # 1 win in a public music show broadcasted by major korean channels"

Why do they discredit wins in cable channel though?

Anyway, does this number even relevant now with the addition of ridiculous point categories of SNS Points and Huge percentage on Fan Votes in most of music shows ranking system? Nugu groups can simply win BY VOTES.

    ReplyDelete
  82. this pann post is excluding wins from mcountdown for some reason. they did the same with ss501; their first win was with never again on mcountdown in 2005 so yeah. i knew something was wrong when i saw ss501 and beast tbh. for some reason cable wins aren't considered as important as public channel ones? idk why.

    ReplyDelete
  83. cnblue daebak kekeke 15 days

    ReplyDelete
  84. They're wrong with INFINITE, it was Be Mine. OTL.

    ReplyDelete
  85. plus the song is awesome . till now people still sing im a loner

    ReplyDelete
  86. No Other best MV imo

    ReplyDelete
  87. OfficialKARALoverJune 15, 2013 at 3:50 AM

    TBH..
The first thing comes to my mind is EXO hehehe..

    ReplyDelete
  88. So, hot topic right now is about FIRST WIN? CNBLUE ♥
I hope U-Kiss can win their 1st win too (although I'm not their fan)

    ReplyDelete
  89. INFINITE won their 1st chart with BE MINE not PARADISE on 110901 at M!Countdown.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Let's make our own female edition! Add on if you know more in the replies, hehe.

You can use this: http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html to determine how many days in between

4minute (June 15 2009 (debut) to 27 September 2009 (first win on Inkigayo for Muzik): 105 days

    G.NA (July 14 2010 (debut) to 12 August 2010 (debut single win on M Countdown): 29 days

    ReplyDelete
  91. M!Countdown isn't a public broadcast. This list is only for public broadcast shows...

    ReplyDelete
  92. aww, this was the again and again era for 2pm right? :"> i may not be part of those times, but thanks to youtube and internet i was able to watch those :>

    ReplyDelete
  93. ''Big Bang - Lies (350 days)''

No matter how long they waited for this, it was worth waiting...after Lies nothing was the same both for Big Bang (and YG).

A real milestone in their careers..

    ReplyDelete
  94. TVXQ pic.. they look so cute

    *tearing*

    ReplyDelete
  95. Groups, though. Not soloists.

I think miss A is the fastest, right?

    ReplyDelete
  96. TVXQ...SUPER JUNIOR...SS501
Never thought it will end this way especially for TVXQ.
But past is meant to be cherish, present is meant to be a gift while future is meant to be unknown.

Nothing lasts forever but I still support Jaejoong, Yunho, Yoochun, Junsu & Changmin.
It's okay if they won't ever back together as a group but being a fan to each of them is something that I want.

    join hehe

    KARA(691 days) 1st album debut 3 23 2007 -1st win 2 12 2009

    ReplyDelete
  99. This list doesn't include M!C because Mnet is a cable channel

    ReplyDelete
  100. Sm released hug by dbsk on january but they send dbsk to music shows on march..weird rite?...thats why..if you count since the beginning of his promos..dbsk won in the second week just like cnblue

    ReplyDelete
  101. Heh, it's my list so let's just add in soloists to make it more fun. ^o^

I'm not too sure actually, I just know they won for their debut single.

    ReplyDelete
  102. I see a lot of comments about INFINITE... But are they counting wins on M Countdown even though Mnet isn't a public broadcast channel?

    ReplyDelete
  103. poor guys. they have some good releases. i hope they win too soon

    ReplyDelete
  104. ah really? bcoz i read before that they were really planning to debut in korea. i was new to kpop at that time so im sorry if i sound ignorant. thanks for your explanation!

    ReplyDelete
  105. some said here, no. they didn't include here cable channels wins.

    ReplyDelete
  106. yes, that too. best release from cn blue imo. but good songs alone don't really guarantee you first place.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Cnblue daebak!!well done boices and of course uri blue namjas..

    ReplyDelete
  108. CN BLUE after Loner just,,,so-so

    ReplyDelete
  109. it's not discrediting, but maybe it's just not included to the major charting shows.

    ReplyDelete
  110. yeah..cnblue is the bez..proud to be boice.

    ReplyDelete
  111. good song +band+visual+talented

    ReplyDelete
  112. would you like some popcorn~? XD

    ReplyDelete
  113. swear? CNBlue isn't cnblue yet during you're beautiful days? really? heehee, forgive me, i was into dramas before i got into kpop :))

    ReplyDelete
  114. f(x) and Kara really went through so much to get that first win.

    ReplyDelete
  115. they're Korean so they obviously were meant to debut in Korea eventually. but fnc was going through a rough time financially at that time so their debut was up in the air.

    ReplyDelete
  116. I don't really understand your question lol but cnblue was already a band before You're Beautiful. They just had not debuted in Korea yet at that time. They were an indie band in Japan back then.

    ReplyDelete
  117. I remember the day SHINee first won a music show. Everyone except Taemin were crying. Jonghyun's all tough and whatever now, but he used to be such an emotional crybaby and cried over every award. :)

    ReplyDelete
  118. oh, ok :) heehee, i meant if Cnblue isn't formed yet during those days. wow, they started in japan? lol, that was new to me. all i know is that kpop is now aiming at japan since they sell a lot there.

    ReplyDelete
  119. not really suprise with cnblue
their debut song is freaking awesome
the best song they ever had so far, for me

    ReplyDelete
  120. SS501 didn't take 570 days to get their first win. They debuted on 8 June 2005 and got their first win on 15 September 2005 with Never Again on M Countdown. So they took 99 days to win~ This is the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=nWt7uNQy5no

    ReplyDelete
  121. OfficialKARALoverJune 15, 2013 at 4:39 AM

true well if you see the total debuted idols and groups ..i can tell KARA and FX is truly miracle...

    ReplyDelete
  122. My babies! FT Island amazing!!!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Brown Eyed Girls -

    March 2 2006 (debut) to February 22 2008 (L.O.V.E on Music Bank)

    722 days

    ReplyDelete
  124. Anybody have Sistar's count??

    ReplyDelete
  125. it's crazy how fast cnblue won their first win

    ReplyDelete
  126. I just added it!

    ReplyDelete
  127. stage debut: 4 june 2010
winning stage (with how dare you): 17 december 2010

    total days: 197 days

    ReplyDelete
  128. Yonghwa's role In You're Beautiful helped a lot during that time. His popularity skyrocketed after that drama aired and soon after that Cn Blue debuted. It helps that people already knew him and plus I'm A Loner is one hella good song, they won a lot and Cn Blue rose to stardom because of that song.

    ReplyDelete
  129. i'm a loner top both physical and digital chart right after their debut, it's no.1 everywhere at that time,it's not shocking if they won first place with the song

    ReplyDelete
  130. first win on cable channel doesn't count

    ReplyDelete
  131. f(x) should've won much much earlier. They were supposed to have won in Music Bank for Nu ABO but by the time the day of the show came, the criteria was already changed and 2PM was declared the winner. SMH

    ReplyDelete
  132. Cnblue is the legend for male groups, and for girlgroup is Miss A

    ReplyDelete
  133. let's not debate who should've won what hear, haha. this comment was made to make our own list for female artists.

    ReplyDelete
  134. wow f(x) is just hella long, the time period between their comeback is just like forever. the girls are talented as individual, but it's just something wrong with as a group make me feel like they're not gonna last long

    ReplyDelete
  135. this list only counts public broadcast wins

    ReplyDelete
  136. rochelle.bernard96June 15, 2013 at 5:03 AM

    G-Dragon used to be cute.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Secret - Shy Boy - 457 days on M Countdown

    ReplyDelete
  138. ft island first win was actually on mnet countdown, 43 days after their debut

the 53 days was for their first win on inkigayo

    ReplyDelete
  139. You know it'd be nice to go read something that has DBSK in it without someone writing eulogies about how great they all were. They aint even dead yet and you cry about it enough to fill a whole Bible.

    ReplyDelete
  140. ah yes i got the explanation from others too. thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  141. Exactly what I was thinking....

    ReplyDelete
  142. Well, then same goes to TVXQ too.
Their debut was on January but SM only send them to music shows around March. They won on the second week, just like CNBlue.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Fx 605 days?! Whoa.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Beast debut on 16/10/2009 and their first win on mcd (25/3/2010) so it is just 162 days ^^

    ReplyDelete
  145. Yea, and the era when Homin was the same height as the others xP

    ReplyDelete
  146. I may not like shinee or jonghyun but them crying was one of the most hilarious/best moment of that year. And it was real tears too! The tragic mutated accident that recently happened was funny but in a questioning whether that kid was human and fearing for my life kind of funny

    ReplyDelete
  147. 120 days for SHINee <3

    ReplyDelete
  148. Wtf you are you talking about!? Those days dont exist. You know that boy bands are gimmicks right?

    ReplyDelete
  149. LOL
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHEZZ8I3dyY
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUJqYt9Um3s

Juliette win was even funnier xD

    ReplyDelete
  150. uhh not at all. have you heard their albums? they have many great songs. I actually prefer a lot of their self-composed songs (such as Y, Why, One Time, Love Light, Lies, In My Head etc) over Loner.

    ReplyDelete
  151. BEAST's first win was actually with Shock, not Breath but they seem to exclude wins from M Countdown......I don't get it.....

& OMG FT ISLAND'S LOVE SICK!!!That song was my jam back then, oh memories :')

    ReplyDelete
  152. i feel like this list is a little pointless. Unless they won with their debut song, the #days it took mostly depended on how soon that group had their first comeback. SHINee's first comeback was a couple months after their debut, whereas EXO's was over a year later.

    ReplyDelete
  153. ikr? i find their comments annoying too.

    ReplyDelete
  154. they were both mcountdown wins, which this pann isnt including

    ReplyDelete
  155. thats not counting the fact that they debuted in japan before they did in korea and already had a fanbase

    ReplyDelete
  156. well, the top three fastest boy group to win their first win won it with their debut song e.g cnblue, dbsk,ft island
it's more troublesome to count from the date of comeback

    ReplyDelete
  157. Ikr, Infinite first win was Be Mine on M! Countdown.

    ReplyDelete
  158. they didn't officially debut in japan before their korean debut,it's more like training
before their korean debut, they don't have a solid fanbase, they perform on streets, clubs etc, no large scale places, people don't really pay attention to them
only after YAB aired, people took interest in them, and that's just like two months before their korean debut

    ReplyDelete
  159. i just this a better chart would list how many songs it took them to get a #1

    ReplyDelete
  160. It's true this doesn't say anything important or who is better than who. It's just for fun.
Though some trolls may try to make it sound legit and important......

    ReplyDelete
  161. i guess the most satisfied must be bigbang with lies. not only the first win, it's the song that make them the top group and recognize by general netizen.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Ah, NB should have made that clearer.

    What's with your downvotes? o.O

    ReplyDelete
  163. f(x) really was the winner according to the criteria at the time. Then the criteria was suddenly changed at the last minute, thus f(x) missed out on a win that was supposed to be theirs to begin with.

    ReplyDelete
  164. They debuted at the end of December and started going on music shows only by February. :)

    ReplyDelete
  165. Their win for the Juliette on their Music Bank comeback was hilarious. Jonghyun was hysterical and none of the Super Junior members knew what to do to console him. LOL Minho ended up just hugging Jjong as he blubbered away.

    ReplyDelete
  166. M-I-R-O-T-I-C !!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  167. When is NELL gonna win?
"Ocean of Light" is an awesome song.

    ReplyDelete
  168. seriously . pretty good . i really love that "memories" and "y" songs !!!

    ReplyDelete
  169. song is more popular than yonghwa

    ReplyDelete
  170. cnblue actually suppose to debut at the end of 2008 but their debut got delayed until 2010

    ReplyDelete
  171. So true. If they count, Beast won first time 5 months from their debut

    ReplyDelete
  172. Meanwhile, MBLAQ............</3

    ReplyDelete
  173. Carnation RebellionJune 15, 2013 at 6:54 AM

    Lee HI 7 days

    ReplyDelete
  174. not exactly...im loner itself is really good song...just because someone popular from drama doesn't make his debut become successful it not like YAB that popular in korea too..we can take seo in guk as example despite it popularity after reply his singing career still bleh...because he don't have good song..good and unique debut song is a key

    ReplyDelete
  175. as if to prove your point, they posed with toys in the picture used here lol

    ReplyDelete
  176. oh, its said this just for public broadcast . MCD is such a cap chanel

    ReplyDelete
  177. Sorry for wrong info then :D

    ReplyDelete
  178. Beast first won with shock in March 2010 in mcd

    ReplyDelete
  179. its should be 12 (oct28-Nov8) days for m countdown...it should be count since she release the song not since their debut stage on music show

    ReplyDelete
  180. well you include soloist Im wondering how long did lee hi achievedher first wwin

    ReplyDelete
  181. .________. At least this is not asking for any fanwars

    ReplyDelete
  182. Keep in mind that CNBLUE have already debuted in Japan before so they already have a fan-base even before debuting in Korea for a while + Their song was amazing and their music is somehow similar to indie music(or not) which is very liked by koreans. (I guess lol)

    ReplyDelete
