Why did Yang Hyun Suk insist on casting a 'Psy Girl' from outside of the company?

Article questions why YG used 'outside' artists instead of their own female artists for Psy's music videos, especially since Yang Hyun Suk is known for keeping it within the YG Family.

Imagine how much hate he would've gotten if he had stuck in one of his rookie singers in Gangnam Style ㅠ and Ga-In was obviously the best choice for gentleman for the Abracadabra dance.
