Dispatch declares war on Lee Byung Hun + threatens to have once had 'highly suggestive' photos

It's already been two years. We never imagined we would ever release the pictures we took that day. The pictures themselves are quite suggestive, if we can say so ourselves. At the time, however, after much deliberation, we decided to 'kill' the project off and saved the pictures to our database without any intention of opening them up again.

But... Since Lee Byung Hun himself brought the topic up himself, we feel that it's time to bring them out.

We enjoyed his guesting on 'Healing Camp'. He talked about his scandal with Yoon Eun Hye.

We quote him saying, "Yoon Eun Hye attended my birthday party. She and other juniors said they were going to leave so I went outside to see them off when paparazzi took pictures of us, making it look as if we were dating and that the dating rumors were true."

First of all, yes, the first half is true. Yoon Eun Hye did indeed attend his birthday party. But the rest after that is not true at all. These pictures were not taken with the intention of uncovering Lee Byung Hun and Yoon Eun Hye's scandal, as we had no idea they were even involved in a scandal at the time they were taken.

What's important to note here is that 'Dispatch' has never released these pictures in Korea before. Our pictures were leaked to another outlet and used without permission so we promptly asked them to delete it along with the explanation that they cannot be released.

'Healing Camp' also used these pictures without permission without knowing that the scene was not of Lee Byung Hun seeing Yoon Eun Hye off like he claimed. They were actually getting in the car together to relocate to a third location that night to continue the birthday party.

So then, you might ask, why did Dispatch take pictures of Lee Byung Hun's birthday?

At the beginning of 2011, we were preparing a celebrity birthday special to be included in the Japanese release of our Dispatch magazine. It was a section that showed readers the birthday parties of Hallyu stars like Lee Byung Hun, Jang Geun Suk, and Hyun Bin.

We chose Lee Byung Hun as our first star on July 2011 since his birthday was the closest to the time we were preparing the article. Through an associate, we were able to find out the location of his party and we took pictures of everything that went on.

As expected of a Hallyu star, the birthday party was grand. He had rented out a luxurious wine bar in Apgujung and invited top stars like Song Seung Hun, Yoon Eun Hye, and several other actresses. There were also movie directors and company staff.

We reached a problem with how much the pictures actually exposed. Lee Byung Hun and Song Seung Hun could be seen persuading Yoon Eun Hye and the other actresses to 'have another drink' with them at a 3rd location. This birthday party was different from what we had originally expected and imagined. On top of that, even we realized that the pictures were a bit too suggestive once we had taken them all.

That's why we never released the pictures. We can't even find the original copies anymore. We just picked out the few normal ones that we could gather and released them into Dispatch Japan's April 2012 edition.

But Lee Byung Hun said on the show, "There is no smoke without fire." Who exactly does he mean fanned that fire? We took his position into consideration by not releasing the pictures for over two years now. Is it right of him to use these pictures without permission and talk as if these rumors were created out of thin air?

Of course, Lee Byung Hun is a victim to celebrity gossip. After all, the rumor of him 'grading his sex partners' is nothing but gossip as well, right? What he should have criticized instead is the nonchalant attitude people have about finding out a gossip rumor was indeed false, because there are still an abundant amount of ridiculous rumors flying around in the rumor mill about celebrities.

1. [+343, -33] ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Look at Dispatch's ambition

2. [+261, -51] Dispatch going strong, show us more ㅠㅠ They totally got us curious! And Song Seung Hun looks quite handsome in those photos

3. [+268, -134] Dispatch talks as if they're proud of taking pictures of someone's private life.

4. [+133, -38] Why is Dispatch getting hate? They were hiding out to take pictures of Lee Byung Hun's birthday party two years ago and out came Yoon Eun Hye, someone they had no expected. Seeing as how they claim to have highly suggestive photos, then that means the two must've acted in a way that would make others misunderstand them to be lovers. Dispatch did the right thing by not releasing them but Lee Byung Hun goes and talks as if those rumors came out of nowhere. Dispatch obviously saw what they saw so they're coming out now with their version of the truth. Even if he didn't actually date Yoon Eun Hye, he obviously acted differently from his words ㅡㅡ

5. [+84, -13] So.. was that 3rd location they relocated to a sex party or something... Reveal everything if you're going to bring the topic up.

6. [+76, -26] Dispatch says it wasn't a birthday party they had expected ㅋㅋㅋ Then that means it must've been a sex party seeing as how they refuse to release the rest of the pictures ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

7. [+74, -14] tl;dr Dispatch is sick of Lee Byung Hun's hypocrisy and lies

8. [+70, -29] I've become a fan of Dispatch ㅋㅋ

9. [+68, -7] Aigoo Dispatch is mad. Should've just spread those pictures when they had the chance to, why keep them hidden away?

10. [+57, -3] So Dispatch just declared war on Lee Byung Hun, right? ㅋㅋㅋ
