According to police, six have been indicted for the selling, using, and aiding in the distribution of marijuana, three of which are Bianca and Daniel and an English academy instructor D, who sold them. The six of them became close through their shared experience of being foreign students, and police pointed Daniel to be the connection between all of them in distributing the marijuana.

D provided Daniel with marijuana 15 times, and as Daniel aided in the selling of them to the group. Bianca smoked the marijuana four times.
