His lawyers are asking for a stay of execution/probation because he's the head of the household for both his family/kids and his aging mother. His daughter is also in shock over the reports of her father in the media and the family is going through trauma. Him being over the age of 50 is also somehow reason enough for the appeal.

I came into this article to wonder what had happened to them and not one line was written.... And on top of that, six years? It's not important how many people he assaulted but how can he get away with all of this with only six years?

Victims have to deal with the traumatic memory for the rest of their lives and some aren't even able to go on to have healthy relationships with their significant others. They live with the thought of their bodies being dirty every second of their lives and the thought of going outside, walking around alone, just staying home alone even makes their heart beat out of fear and anxiety. The majority of victims either end up mutilating their bodies or attempting suicide out of pure misery and pain. Please don't think lightly of such crimes... Why is it that whenever a crime arises in our country, the judge decides not from the perspective of the victim but only from the perspective of the assailant? Please... This is not something you can finish with a six year imprisonment.

If this had been your daughter, would you give this man only six years?
