Kim Tae Hee can't act. She should be thankful that she has a pretty face and a good background that can back up her bad acting. She should stick to CFs. Same goes to Seungyeon and every idols that can't act too.

ReplyDeleteI think kth is ok when she's in romcoms. I liked her in the japanese drama she did. She needs to stay away from sageuks though.. I have no idea how she thought she would be good enough to lead a drama like this.

Pretty sure there are a line full of rookie actors/actresses (who might be more talented in acting) waiting for their chances. I do think it's unfair for them.

ReplyDeleteDo you know if she was good in those? I mean, this is my own personal opinion, but as long as idols have shown that they CAN act and they're not taking up major roles or are in shows that are in primetime slots (like on the weekend), I kinda have no problem with this.

ReplyDeleteCan't say for sure. I think I started it but I lost interest quickly. She's really not that good though some may see it differently. It was actually Japanese drama (Urakara) not movie.

ReplyDeleteThey don't hate actresses. Kim Tae Hee is loved by many netizens. It's just that even though she's pretty and popular people are aware of her poor acting and hate her for that but they still love her.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Then if she's not that good (and I'm only going by your word here), she shouldn't be in a drama. Simple as that. KARA's Ha Ra was good in City Hunter. If they wanted a specific actress from KARA, I think they should've used her since she has better experience. And her acting skills weren't too shabby either.
ReplyDeleteI'd say that Seungyeon is at the same level as Hara or even tad bit better. It has been almost 2 years since she did urakara...so she could have improved.
ReplyDeleteAs a drama addict this drama has FAIL written all over, unless KTH has been taking acting lessons lately. She really needs to stick with the CFs. The only drama that KTH acting was solid, was "My Princess" and that was cause it was a romcom, but she can't do dramatic roles to safe her life.
