"It upsets me that Park Jin Young continues to distort the issue by repeatedly saying that he has never heard of this song. That does not hold up in the court of law. Even if you had never listened to the song, the court has already decided that the song is too similar for it to not be plagiarism. The fact that Park Jin Young continues to say in interviews and on his SNS that he has never listened to my song not only means that he has not understood the decision of the court, but it is also a form of media play meant to tarnish my image."

JYP had formerly said, "As we have said previously, Park Jin Young never once listened to the song in question so we all cannot understand how the court decided the song to be plagiarism. We will be filing an appeal."

1. [+270, -22] We live in a country that doesn't think "Loner" was plagiarized. Enough said.

2. [+221, -51] Park Jin Young should just stop acting like he didn't do it and just acknowledge that the songs are similar but that it wasn't his intention to plagiarize. He has no proof that he "never listened to it" anyway, how will he prove that?

3. [+192, -54] So basically he's saying that even if this song came out of your head, it's plagiarized if a similar song exists somewhere in the world that you've never heard of... Such a difficult process. But then again, you go to get something copyrighted only to find out that it already exists. It's best to just check before you release anything.

4. [+56, -26] Park Jin Young's good at media play anyway, everyone already knows that. He knows how to work his strengths to his advantage... When his wife refused to divorce him, he told the media that they were going to get divorced so that she had no choice but to comply.. This type of media play is nothing compared to what he's capable of.

5. [+53, -18] This isn't the first time he's been caught, though. It's hard to trust him anymore.
