This is in no way equal to an adult man having consensual sex with a grown woman. He didn't even try to deny it either. The Big Bang members themselves confirmed it by releasing a statement that they're going to be "keeping a close eye on Seungri", like one of the members was going to move in with Seungri to make sure he doesn't get into any more trouble.
The members of T-ara have denied their scandals from Day 1, regardless of the mounting evidence that says otherwise.

Lo and behold, the e-mail the message was directed to was b89530@hanmail.net, the same ID as her current Twitter handle.
