It is not because they are SNSD. It is because they are not violating anything. Pointing looks like number 1 which shows support for PGH. If you make V sign, it's like number 2 which shows support for MJI. V sign, pointing and thumbs up are prohibited, or anything that may show any of who you supported or voted.
