Khun case, he did DUI but luckily no one got much injured from his action.
And for the record, Khun's accident wasn't linked to his DUI. He was bagged for being over the legal limit, but the police cleared him for the accident because he wasn't impaired.

It's an "accident"? That doesn't change the fact that someone is dead because of Daesung. Someone dying as a result of poor decisions (unsafe driving) is much worse than a girl having sex with her boyfriend.
