  3. I feel bad for them for them rookie, considering GD released that crap albums and still got the high sales. Always the same ideas, the same faces, the same crazes. Kpop will end sooner than expected.

    1. Yea if rookies want to stand out they need to bring something new to the table instead because Kpop is just filled with the same concepts and same music over and over again. No wonder Korea doesn't care for Kpop.

  4. That's why everyone debut in Japan, because Japan has a larger market.

And yeah K-pop this last two years became pretty boring, I'm fine with the group I stan and I honestly don't listen to anything but them.

  5. I don't see why rookie groups always try to have different concepts why not just change the music. NU'EST did, BOTB brought back a 90's sound.

  7. Well, I love K-pop....but no rookies after BAP attract me at all...I dn't even remember all their group name or face...

Japan do have a bigger market but Kpop already oversaturated it to the point that people there don't pay much attention to it.
Beside Japan have JE monopolize boy groups and 48 monopolize the girl group so it's hard for any kpop groups to do well. Most just rely on the niche of kpop fans there and only few like TVXQ, SNSD, and Kara are legitimately known by general public...

I think Korea just need to stop with the idols debuting, they can't do well in Korea but if they debut in Japan, they'll still have a hard time....

  9. i agree that theyre way too many groups debuting but its not fair to flame EXId and A.cian for it :S
i do think companies should at least try to find a different sound or look cuz they ALL LOOK THE SAME, SOUND THE SAME... they dont stand out... I try to not judge and listen to all the rookie's music but man, they all sound the same!! :S

  10. I don't understand why they are trying so hard with all these idol groups. They should just leave it to the big 3 and instead try to develop solo artists or vocal groups that stand out because of their talent

  11. The Big 3 sucks! They monopolizing the market with their shitty boring music

  12. I think EXID can actually stand out because of their talent... "Every Night" is proof of that imo. The only member I have doubts about is the "main dancer", whose dancing skills I have yet to discover.
