G-Dragon achieves an all kill on the charts but sets negative opinions ablaze

Some interesting discussions tonight.

Article: G-Dragon, strong as always.. 'all kill' on nine music charts

Source: OSEN via Nate

1. [+720, -411] There must be a lot of dumb fangirls smoking that G-Marijuana;; What's funny is that when other celebrities get into similar scandals like this, they're all for boycotting that celebrity, but when G-Dragon's making a comeback after a marijuana scandal with no reflection period, they show their utmost support.. ã…‹ã…‹ That's why fangirls are always criticized for being two faced;; so dirty, don't you think? And to the people saying that his music is great... Sorry, but that's just your taste. Of course music that your favorite artist produces sounds good to you;; You'd all love it if G-Dragon talked in his sleep, no?;; I can't help but remember the beautiful quote left by fans of Co-Ed's Kangho when his rape scandal erupted... "The girl should consider it a blessing that she was raped by Kangho oppa."

2. [+558, -310] Lee Soo needs to be able to make his comeback if Big Bang can promote like this without any reflection!!

3. [+629, -385] Just as I thought, there was a best reply stating, "But honestly, you have to admit that the music is good." Don't you guys know that you're only harming yourselves by leaving comments like that? Sorry, but the song sucks. It'd be cuter if you just left it at, "The song is okay to listen to." Sorry again, but this song isn't even okay enough to listen to ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹

Article: 'Solo comeback' GD, succeeds.. 'complete sweep up of music charts'

Source: Star News via Nate

1. [+144, -56] Honestly speaking, I hate Big Bang but I like their songs. They always give a refreshing shock with every new release. Big Bang did a big part in turning hip hop mainstream. Their songs are exceptional... which makes it more surprising to know that these people are only in their 20's. I can't help but think that G-Dragon really must've been under the influence when he was making these songs.

2. [+97, -50] Big Bang's scandals are truly unending. [lists scandals to date] I'm not against them promoting since anyone can make mistakes, but I just want people to hold everyone to the same standards. When female celebrities wear sexy clothing or take sexy pictures, they're immediately treated like prostitutes or trash (especially people like HyunA)... On the contrary, when Seungri's scandal came out, his fans were so busy defending him saying that a one night stand is not something to be ashamed of. Then is wearing sexy clothing something to be ashamed of? Do these girls deserve to be treated like prostitutes solely for the reason of wearing such clothing when they never even took part in such activities like Seungri himself did?? I'm not saying that Seungri deserves to be hated... all I'm saying is that if you're going to take a side, make sure you apply it evenly throughout.

3. [+90, -59] Psy raised up YG's image, and there goes Big Bang eating it all back up ã…‹

  1. Knetizens does not reflect the love of the public to Bigbang music...Antis stay Pressed!!! :P While me enjoys GD Album bought from Itunes... I love Missing You <3

    ReplyDelete
  2. These netizens and their laughable insistence on "reflection periods", like that changes anything in reality. Good on him for coming back anyway and even calling one of his new songs "Light It Up". He should pass the joint to some of these keyboard jockeys, or at least hook them up with his supplier, then they might chill out a little.

    ReplyDelete
  3. I'll be honest, I don't give a shit about their scandal, but I have to say this thing of GD is a ''genious'' and his song are ''amazing'' is overrated.

His song are good? Yeah, pretty catchy, fun to dance, but amazing? Mind-blowing? No, please, no.

And even though I like T-ara the same for them, their dance club dance songs aren't also amazing. But catchy as hell.

And for the comments above me ^, I think you guys don't get that netizens correct about the double standard. Some fangirl say shit about girls and when their oppa does something wrong, they defend them and say oppa cannot do wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  4. ^Why so serious? Get your Cray On :P

    ReplyDelete
  5. I had the second comment and I agree with you about the double standard. Netizens need to chill out about ALL groups across the board, not just the ones they like. They seem to have a total inability to put themselves in the shoes of a fan of another group and think about how they would feel when their favourite artist is under attack by idiots.

    ReplyDelete
  6. that reply on kangho's scandal is just.... O-O

    ReplyDelete
  7. K-netizens just crack me up with their comments. The one about girls wearing explicit clothes and comparing it to Seungri's scandal; LOL! Those two things are completely different and aren't even relevant to each other. How is wearing explicit clothes and sleeping with people the same?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You missed the point. What they're trying to say is the different treatment/double standards that exist between female and male idol. Female idols get called sluts and other horrible names only for wearing certain clothes, but when it comes to their own oppa, in this case seungri, they said sleeping around is a usual thing and gets crazy defending/shielding the scandal. Ofc they're different things, but that's why they're being compared.

      Delete
  8. don't necessarily disagree w/ any comments except the second one. gd did reflect/go on hiatus after his scandal which is more than we can say for ccm/kks/t-ara

    ReplyDelete
  9. his music is... okay(?). Nothing to crazy about. I think it's obvious why people are hating on bigbang(not that i'm defending netizens), it's because you see a LOT of gdragon articles (most of them comes from media play) but not even one explaining what really happened with Seungri and the thing is: THEY REALLY have to clarify the rumors cause he is a FRIGGING idol, people. get it right, for christ's sake

    ReplyDelete
  10. ^that is the whole point. That netizen is saying girls get shamed for less but seungri gets nothing but support.

I don't care about reflection periods, this album was really disappointing and I expected more. crayon is the worst song in YG history.

    ReplyDelete
  11. lol when netizens are against big bang suddenly they are ridiculous. When they are attacking girl groups they are funny.

    ReplyDelete
  12. seungri is death glared by psy and g-dragon... but both of them can't say anything either.

psy probably would suggest seungri to have a military service early.

    ReplyDelete
  13. ^
    but seungri is getting shamed

    ReplyDelete
  14. +1000000 to the second best reply in the second article. Glad to see that even k-netizens see all the double standards going on.

    ReplyDelete
  15. ^ guess you have been too much on AKP, netizens weren't that happy about GD's comeback/new album, just vips were.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Goddamn Crayon is the worst song ugh I'm so dispointed with GDs album -_-

    ReplyDelete
  17. Also it's been like a year since GD's marijuana scandal. And he waited longer than a month to come back with BB. What more do they want? For him to go to the army just like Kangin did after his scandal? At least they didn't push BB and his own comebacks a month after his scandal, like ccm did with t-ara

    ReplyDelete
  18. ^ kangin's past is cleared, no one will throw it at him again, but he can't bounce back to his peak popularity either. being idol sure is hard.

    ReplyDelete
  19. ^ YG are a bigger label, they can afford all this "reflection" crap, they have the capital to absorb any loss. CCM can't. It's smaller labels who get fucked in the ass by netizens and their crybaby shit, whereas a company like SM can give someone a 5 year break if they want and it's not that big a deal.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Ccm is not a small label

      Delete
  20. That Crayon song is seriously shit.
    Like its just a mess.

Comment about delusional fan girls is so true.

    ReplyDelete
  21. What was the netizen reaction like during the Big Bang Alive promotions? Was it negative, or is this a product of Seungri's scandal?

    ReplyDelete
  22. I still can't get into Crayon. I have to see the MV and the perf yet to decide. But, the rest are sure gems! I just can't with netizens who keeps digging up the past scandals just to spread their hurting butts! Can't they just get over themselves and listen to the music? PS, Seungri's scandal didn't make a sound because no one in their right minds believe it.

    ReplyDelete
  23. To September 15, 2012 12:21 AM
What you said makes no sense what so ever, ccm isn't even a small company they are connected with mnet

    ReplyDelete
  24. please post more netizen comments about GD's comeback, reactions to the album etc

    ReplyDelete
  25. the second comment on the second article... is that really from a knetizen? calling out double standards? *applauds*

thank god not all of them are slut shamers and oppa-didn't-mean-it's

    ReplyDelete
  26. BIGBANG is the Chris Brown of Kpop

    ReplyDelete
  27. It's pathetic how fangirls support male idols who commit jail punishable crimes yet go apeshit when female idols are found bullying a member and are remorseful.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Regardless of reflection periods and whatever, Crayon is so disappointing. That XX remains the exceptionally awesome standout but the entire album is average at best. :/ I'm so sad. D:

And I'm glad that k-netizens also realise the double standards and bullshit that goes on when controversies arise.

    ReplyDelete
  29. "The one about girls wearing explicit clothes and comparing it to Seungri's scandal; LOL! Those two things are completely different and aren't even relevant to each other. How is wearing explicit clothes and sleeping with people the same?"

Hey Genius, they are trying to point out how sleeping with someone and getting ur pictures publicized is worse than wearing tight clothes. So they are reasoning sleeping w/ someone should get more bashing than wearing tight clothes.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Everybody in this article you are all Knitizens just it a different language man! It must suck to become the person you criticize

    ReplyDelete
  31. @September 15, 2012 1:16 AM

You do realize you sound as dumb as some fangirls. You call them pathetic for supporting male idols for doing something bad than you turn around and support female idols who have also done something bad, how hypocritical.

    ReplyDelete
  32. K-Netiznes please stop!! Why are you after every idols??? If you people had listened music for music then my POOR T-ara wouldnt have been in such state!! Its more a human nature to make mistake!!! Punishing them to their mistakes isnt good but giving them opportunity is rather great!! I dont listen to BB or GD's songs at all coz I'm not in Hip-pop. The last song of BB or rather say Gd that I had listened to was "Heartbreaker" back in 2010!! And for all those netiznes who said T-ara was sex machines just because their song title was "sexy Love", where did your comments go when Seungri( no offense to him, just wanna prove how different it is for gals group and boy group) was in scandal!! When your fav oppas are in scandal... Your comments are"no, he is innocent" but as for gals grup" bitch, I knew they would do something like this. So fake and Plastic"... All idols do have hearts and they all are equally hurt when being cornered. They all work hard for their fans regardless of fan's gender!! For netizens heart is so big enough to ignore and cover a Boy group scandal, then why not for gal group?? What my point is just fairly treat to all idols either male or female!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Sorry guys but i LOVE BIG BANG MUSIC !!! One cannot simply deny that they are actually really really talented. And it is an unavoidable fact that the public are usually more stringent on the female artists than male artists. This is how the worlds works my friend.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Where did all of the sudden influx of vips come from? Did anyone linked this site to one of their forums or something lol

    ReplyDelete
  35. Anons, who is lee soo?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Hi @ netizen buzz: I just heard some rumors that hyoyoung, hwayoung's twin sister has left CCM, and both of them now attending music academy, is that true?! Please post it if you find something about that...
    Thanks...
*sorry for requesting in here, cuz I using mobile ver. :)

    ReplyDelete
  37. for once i agree with everything knetizens said

    ReplyDelete
  38. Ah idk, I'm lucky enough that I've been a fandom for 4 years and that group never had gone through big controversy ahah. Anyway, if one member of my fav group would do something wrong as smoking marijuana or driving drunk, I will probably not support him, merely because as much as I love this group, I can't condone those actions. I'm a bit conservative myself and I think I can understand why K-netizens are reacting this way ^^ Korean culture is just way different from Western culture :)

    ReplyDelete
  39. "sex machine" is only a nickname for Hyomin due to her past. try to know more..

    ReplyDelete
  40. ^
Oviously, i-fans are Not being aware of whole stories.

    ReplyDelete
  41. There's definitely a double standard when it comes to this group. Absolutely unfair. They have fucked up on several occasions and never really got much backlash for it despite showing little remorse. It's annoying and needs to stop. That said, Crayon sucks, but I do like One of a Kind.

    ReplyDelete
  42. hahaha. i love how narrow minded you guys are too. but it's a fact that people don't always check out the other songs from the album. crayon is not a pop song so it takes awhile to get used to but to disregard missing you altogether, now you're just downright tasteless for not even appreciating how a guy his age can come up with such song
and i don't think he can get an allkill if the general public don't appreciate his music as well. i know kvips are formidable but i doubt they can carry such feat on their shoulders by themselves.
anyway, yeah. we all have our biases, and in the way you guys act, pretty sure you'll react differently of it happened to your bias. haha.

    ReplyDelete
  43. ^ so we're tasteless for disliking your oppas' work? smh.

vips always make things worse. when daesung in accident, they're blaming the young man who's already dead heartlessly. when g-dragon got caught smoking weeds, you guys sayin it's possible that he knows nothing about it, when in fact, everyone who smokes knows clearly the difference between weeds and usual cigarette. now when seungri entangled in such scandal, vips again in denial, making excuse such as photoshopped pics nadda nadda. you guys know that you're being really annoying like that, huh? your oppas won't get any sympathy if you continue to act like that. and now everyone critic your oppas' works are suddenly tasteless. eww.

vip is the most annoying fandom i've ever saw. at least other fandom know that they're being delusional and such, liking for things more than musicality of their idols. but you guys are sticking your nose up there thinking that you're the ones with the best musical taste and being disrespectful at other idols and fandom. i want to like big bang, and i genuinely like their songs, but vip's behavior turned me off. -_-

lee soo and seungri's scandals are nothing alike. lee soo's one is with underage prostitute. while in seungri's case... maybe just prostitute?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Anon who gave info about Hyomin scandal thanx!! Though there are many unreasonable names given by netizens to t-ara, to point it out now is like trying to argue.. So it will gladly accept this fact because it's one!! Btw, Eunjung is my bias so Idc about hyomin much. They just happened to be in the same group and that's all!!

    ReplyDelete
  46. @Sumanqrq don't believe in this rumor, netizens would do everything to fuck with someone's life. If you know Hyomin, you'll believe in her and know that it's not true.

    ReplyDelete
  47. ^ Well, i think that you are just a fan of blind faith in T-ara.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Anon above me, dont worry dude because I will never leave being a Queen!! And about netizens, I dont believe those people who showed half video to destroy T-ara!! Like I stated I dont want to argue so I said those words!! Seems like you are a hard-core fan of t-ara like me so keep the spirit and support them no matter what!! Peace XD!!

    ReplyDelete
  49. I've never understood what people are doing in GD's or BB's articles if they dont like him/them O__o xD... same with other artists they said they hated T-ara but they were eveeeryydayy commenting and watching their performances and raising the views of the MVs XD... GD's current music i've heard 3 songs and i like 1 of them... i dont agree that hes a genius or anything but I like his music as big Bang more... in the end, these people are undercover fans or just obsessed masochists... because if i dont like someone, i wont be searching news about him/her or listening to their songs if theyre that "awful"... cuz i would be too busy jamming to the music of the artists I actually like... !

    ReplyDelete
  50. AnonymousSeptember 15, 2012 11:00 AM
Yes, I love T-ARA, a lot. You can call me delusional for this, but at least I don't believe in rumors like these, I mean, that rumor of Hyomin is so fake lol even if it was true, I'd still love her, because I'm a fan, and I'll support them until the very end, I won't change my mind because of little mistakes, which she probably regrets a lot about. Even if the Hwayoung thing was true(I really don't believe in this one as well), I'd support them, Hwayoung already forgave them, why wouldn't I? I know they can change, mistakes are mistakes, and I'll support them and let them know that they can get over it and become a better person. That's what a fan is supposed to do.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hell no, a fan is not supposed to do that. I have no obligation to stick behind something like 100% of the time. Nothing is perfect and if they fail on many fronts, I will cease to be a fan. You are delusional.

  51. im here to hate on big bang cuz my own oppars with such good songs dont even chart and shit song like crayon doing good wahhhhhhhhhhh

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hmm... surely... some delusional Queen's are out of answers.
They must be proud of their spiritual blindness! :L

    ReplyDelete
  53. I agree with the netizens, Big Bang's music sucks, and GD makes them worse.
at least they used to sound good in 2009.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I agree GD's new album disappointed me :(

    ReplyDelete
  55. I love big bang songs and all but to be honest, his new songs are not that good, in fact are boring and nothing WOW.

    ReplyDelete
  56. What is happening to Bigbang???

    Drug scandal
    murder and drunk driving scandal
    sex scandal

    ReplyDelete
  57. LOL K-netizens. Stay mad forever. I don't even understand what anyone else's scandals have to do with Big Bang. It's not like it's exclusively Big Bang fan girls that comment on other groups scandal and try to bring them down. Personally, I like to stay far far away from those things. So how is it we are hypocrites? The REAL hypocrites are the fucking K-netizens who zero-in on scandal-ridden idols, tear them to pieces and then turn around and ask why so and so was given unfair treatment. (see: T-ara)
Why does Big Bang have to be jesus in all of this? Why do they have to go down for all the shit K-netizens put other groups through? Tell me HOW is it their fault that shitty no-life people spend their days bringing other groups down and spewing misogyny everywhere?
Lastly, I cannot even with the audacity of the netizens that compared a rape scandal to Seungri's sex scandal. Completely different things. If Seungri was involved in a rape scandal, I'd personally make my way to Seoul and cut his dick off. But a one night stand and marijuana use are hardly scandalous to me lol. This is how I thought before I got into Big Bang and this is how I still think. I don't care and I'm going to continue supporting both GD and Seungri.
If K-netizens want "fair" treatment they can start by stopping to shame all the girl groups for dumbass things like wearing shorts or not smiling for a press con.

  58. "AnonymousSeptember 15, 2012 2:57 PM

    WOW... get your facts right.

Murder =/= accident. Besides, The person who was drunk driving was the motorcyclist (god bless his soul) and NOT DAESUNG.

    1. Wasn't Daesung speeding anyway? That's still not responsible at all, and in the rain no less.

  59. if Seunri, Gdragon and the other are into rough sex and love choking girls then is ok.

b*tch should be happy that Seungri is fucking her... she's just a warm body with a hole.

Seungri should have came in her eye and mouth or should have gagged her.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Gdragon album and title song are overrated.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Also to that anon asking if Big Bang got hated on when they came back with Alive: no. Netizens were praising the shit out of them about how despite everything Blue was a good song. And when GD came back with 1OAK they were all up on his dick saying he is a true musician, really talented etc etc. If you backtrack it's on this blog. All this hate is just a product of Seungri's scandal. Netizens have a hot/cold relationship with Big Bang. They LOVE them when they are at the top of their game; HATE them during scandals. As soon as they realize that Seungri's scandal isn't going to do shit to their popularity, they will love them again. :P fucking hypocrites.

    omg I love you.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Errr. Some people said we are tasteless for not liking GD's song? For real? Why we can't?

GD has an annoying voice. When he sings ballads is even worse, with Auto tune it looks cool to hear this song on a club and to dance, but to actually listening it? No thank you.

All he talks in this songs are about bragging or love stories, what is new in this? All Kpop idols songs are 90% about it too.

You guys make it look like GD is writing deep lyrics with a GREAT meaning behind it. (love hurts lol - oh wow such deep thing)

    ReplyDelete
  64. GD should stop making shit music. Over rated trash

    ReplyDelete
  65. Okay, K-Netizens. Because rape is definitely on the same level as smoking marijuana, right?

    ReplyDelete
  66. AnonymousSeptember 15, 2012 3:08 PM...
I agree with you, Netizens should know that they have no right to destroy the lives of idols just because of some pathetic scandal. Shit happens so let it be, why to bother them for that rather then giving them chance.. and Anon, who said Queens are delusional think before you say!! You must be one of the VIPs. Even though scandal is right in front of you, You are still VIPs and you will support them.. The evidence showed for T-ara and Big Bang came from same source(Netizens).
