Honestly Bom changed too much at once...I mean look at SNSD or other Kpop girls, I'm pretty sure they got surgeries too but they changed it gradually and not so much that would be so noticeable or change their overall appearances so they end up looking like they aged well and got prettier instead of obvious surgery
