[Idol Anecdotes] MBLAQ

Going to start whittling away at the idol anecdote requests. So far, I have MBLAQ, ZE:A, Wonder Girls, IU, 2NE1, Big Bang, 2PM, EXO, B2ST, SNSD, TEEN TOP, and SHINee. Feel free to make a request below if yours isn't included in the list.

Today's is MBLAQ.

1. A fan made an account on an XXX rated site and filled the account up with points as a present for G.O. at a fan signing. G.O. snatched the paper it was written on and checked the address only to say, "Ah, I already have an account here." Then he gave the note to Mir and told him to have it ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.

2. At Idol Championships, Mir kept motioning something to the A+ fan seats. The fans had no idea what he was motioning so they kept going what? What's he doing? Later, Mir tweeted, "I just did it without reason.. kyahahaha."

3. A fan gave Mir a toothbrush as a present at a fan signing because it was Valentine's Day and she assumed he'd be getting a lot of chocolates that day. The next time she saw him at another fan signing, she asked if he still kept it, and Mir's like, "The toothbrush~ Yeah, he's doing fine~ He's doing fine~"

4. A fan wanted to hear Lee Joon speak informally to her so she begged him at a fan signing, "Oppa, please speak informally, please? Please! Can't you please?" Lee Joon said, "Uh.. Mm.... Okay! (Informally)" Then the fan said, "Oppa, keep speaking informally to me from now on, okay?! Promise?"

Lee Joon said back, "Nae! (Formal Yes)"

5. One time, Lee Joon was really into trying to be chic. He'd pass by his fans all chic-like and ignore their calls, greetings, and questions. The fans decided to play along by ignoring him right back as revenge ㅋㅋㅋㅋ At a Star Golden Bell recording, it was just G.O. and Lee Joon. Lee Joon had no idea what was going to hit him and just kept acting chic to everyone. The fans all lined up behind G.O. and ignored Lee Joon until Lee Joon finally walked up to them all shy saying, "I promise I won't act chic anymore......"

6. MBLAQ was at an outdoor event. A fan grabbed G.O.'s arm while they were passing by and G.O. pulled her arm off and said, "Oppa has to go pee."

7. Mir was at Jangsung for Chuseok one time when a bunch of fans spotted him. They started chasing him down the street until they finally caught up. Mir said to them, "Guys, let oppa go see his friends T_T Please let me go T_T I promise I'll come back!" So they let him go ;;

8. A fan went to a Challenge 1000 Song recording after leaving mentions to Mir saying that she'll bring Mychew candies for him. She started holding up the candies and shaking them in the air when Mir called out, "Are you (tWitter UN)?" He really does read his mentionsT_T.

9. A fan was shaking Seungho's hand at a hand shake event but kept talking without letting his hand go. Seungho started unwrapping a Mychew with his spare hand so the fan asked, "Are you going to give that to me?" He replied back with a smile, "Nope ^.^ It's for me."

10. Thunder had caught a cold during Idol Championships so he was having a hard time during a Star Golden Bell recording. A fan held up a placard saying, "Doong oppa, is your cold better?" Mir, who was sitting behind Thunder, read it and started coughing really loudly and obviously ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.

11. Fans noticed that MBLAQ is really self conscious about how they look in front of their fans. When they were getting off work, they stepped out and noticed that a bunch of fans were waiting outside so they hurriedly went back in and fixed themselves up a bit before coming back out. They then started walking like they didn't care, but really fans could tell how obvious it was that they were walking really slowly so that their fans could keep up since they're all taller than them and obviously walk faster.

12. Through UFO Town, a fan asked Seungho to sing her a lullaby because she couldn't fall asleep. He sent back, "Jajang jajang", just the first two words to a popular Korean lullaby.

13. On MBLAQ's official fancafe, Seungho accidentally wrote 'MBALQ' instead of 'MBLAQ' so fans started nicknaming him 'Yang BAL KYOO'. Another time, he wrote a post in the 'TO. MBLAQ' section instead of 'FROM. MBLAQ' so a fancafe admin had to move the post for him ㅋㅋ. Fans made fun of him for trying to write a letter to himself.

14. In the beginning of MBLAQ's debut, Lee Joon once wrote a fancafe post asking, "What is MBLAQ's schedule?" Fans kindly replied by telling him to check the schedule section ㅋㅋㅋ.

15. There's a subforum in the fancafe where you can put up posts and make friends. Lee Joon wrote one saying, "I'm a 22 year old male."

16. Fans started mass posting Lee Joon's past pictures. Lee Joon must've hated it because he spammed, "ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

17. While walking, fans started calling out Lee Joon's name. "Lee Joon!! Lee Joon!!" He didn't turn around so they muttered to themselves, "Man, Lee Joon's changed.." Lee Joon then turned around and shouted, "No I haven't! No I haven't! T_T I haven't changed!!"

18. Lee Joon followed Thunder to a personal schedule. Thunder was still logged on to Cyworld on his phone so he started messing around. He wrote, "Thunder is in the middle of filming right now so I don't think he knows what's going on..." Then he uploaded a picture the two took together and stuck a kiss sticker on his cheek and asked fans to make up their own stories about it in the replies ㅋㅋㅋ.

19. At the beginning of MBLAQ's debut, G.O. didn't have many fans because of his moustache and sunglasses. There was one fan who always took pics and videos of him and uploaded them on the fancafe. After concerts, G.O. would always call out her name and look for her.

20. During an Mnet radio show, people noticed that Mir had a pimple. G.O. jokingly said, "His face looked so plain so we decided to add a point by sticking a marble under his skin. Don't pay too much attention to it ㅋㅋ~"

21. Mir accidentally bumped into someone's shoulder while walking down the street. Although he apologized, the person didn't say anything and kept walking. Mir thought the person was mad so he chased the person and kept apologizing until they accepted it.

22. In another incident, a fan stuck her hand out to ask for a hand shake when Mir was hurriedly running someplace else. Mir didn't see it so he passed her by, but when he did notice and turned around, she was already leaving. He felt so bad so he talked about it on a post in the fancafe and said that the next time he sees her, he'll make sure to ask for a handshake first and that this will never happen again.

23. On a rainy day, a Japanese fan stopped Mir for an autograph. While talking, he noticed that her umbrella started leaning towards him and her shoulder was getting wet so he tried to push it back to her side without her noticing.

24. At an airport, so many fans showed up that it was a chaotic mess. A fan fell down in front of Mir so Mir blocked off the area until she could get back up. Later, Lee Joon wrote a fancafe post saying that they're growing men so it doesn't matter if they get hurt but for fans to please be careful because they're the precious daughters of their families.ㅜㅜ

25. At a fan meet, time was running out so they started rushing the fans to come up one by one. A fan couldn't find her shoes when her name was called so she just went up bare foot. Mir and Seungho asked why she was bare foot and told her to stand on their feet while she was up there. ㅜㅜ

26. Through UFO Town, a fan told Mir, "Oppa, what do you want to do right now??? Tell me and I'll do it for you." Mir replied, "We're in the middle of a broadcast right now. I want to go pee so please go pee for me ㅠㅠ."

27. Mir posted so much on the fancafe that his company told him to restrict himself a bit ㅋㅋㅋ . out of the 48 posts from MBLAQ, 22 are from Mir alone.

28. Fans weren't allowed to give gifts at their fan meets because the managers would watch guard. Mir would wait for the managers to look somewhere else and tell the fans, "Throw it, throw it!" He later got in trouble with the manager ㅜㅜ
