Hateful men are still attacking Jun Hyosung in her YouTube comments over her statement from years ago

Article: "You're out filming late when you claim to be scared to walk home at night?" Jun Hyosung's YouTube is being terrorized with hate comments still

[+784] After seeing that case of someone who was walking home only to be randomly kicked by the Busan roundhouse kick guy, we should realize that anyone can become a victim to an attack on their way home. Why is worrying about that so problematic to her haters? When there are news about murderers who happen to be women, don't men always leave comments like, "It's so scary to be man" too? Why is it so wrong for women to feel scared on their walk home? This is such a non-issue that they're kicking up a fuss over;

[+268] Parents of daughters are always telling them to come home early, that staying out late is dangerous... and it's usually women who grow up with curfews more than men. I remember when there were public service announcements about hidden camera crimes, people were so angry at the fact that men were being treated like criminals off the bat... but I think people need to stop and realize that we're not targeting men, we're just trying to give a voice to the victims of date violence and stalking.

[+86] These haters are sad no lifers who can't stand to live a day where they don't spend it on hating someone, trying to bring them down. All they need is one scandal, one mistake to latch on to... It's pathetic.

[+58] People need to keep their mouths shut if they've never felt such a fear. Even for us non-celebrities, a dark street at night is scary to walk into, so imagine the doubled fear for a celebrity who could have sasaeng fans lurking in the shadows? I can honestly see why she'd fear for her life ㅜ I don't think it's fair to still be hating on her for expressing that fear

[+28] There are so many psychos in this world, women should have the right to be able to say they feel scared when walking home alone at night. Why so mad, as if her statement was directed at you personally?

[+23] If you're someone who took what Jun Hyosung said and twisted it into something hateful, you need to take a deep look at yourself. I think that what she's saying is something that's still a big issue in our society, both in the past and still today.

[+22] Sure, it may have been a bit overboard for her to constantly be "in fear for her life" but don't we all feel a little scared when we're walking home late at night in the dark? It's normal for both men and women... I always feel like a ghost's about to pop out ㅜㅜㅜ

[+5] Jun Hyosung would still be huge right now if she didn't hop on the femi-coin train...

[+-] So who told her to say something so stupid? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

[+-] She didn't even specify "men" as something she was afraid of in her original statement but of course men are jumping the gun and projecting, tsk tsk
