[+1,900] I normally caution against siding with the company, but I feel bad for the CEO in this case. I hope this all gets resolved amicably. The members need a wake up call because one hit song is not all it takes to make it in this industry.
[+1,400] I honestly don't see much star potential in the members themselves. They lucked out with a good song. They should be putting their trust in their company that landed them such a song and give it a few years, maybe get another hit under their belt, build their fame up, before doing anything else. I think they're riding off the high of their newfound fame, and it definitely seems like some external forces got into their heads. It wasn't long ago that they did an interview where they were asked about any concerns they had being from a smaller company, and they confidently said that they were working on a gerat foundation. Currently, their actions seem to be the opposite of that. Both agency and artists should have some more trust in each other.

You should show more loyalty to the people who got you a hit song.
