STAYC: "Singing live is a given. We only feel like we've really performed on stage when we sing live. Is there any other reason to sing live than because we're singers? I don't feel energy when I don't sing live."

2. [+293] The reason Aespa doesn't sing live is not because SM doesn't let them but because they don't have talent and suck at live... They don't even sing live on radio shows. Even the recorded segments that come up for NCT or Aespa that fans praise for being good, they don't realize that it's different from singing live while dancing. What singer isn't able to sing while just standing there? Even Jang Wonyoung can do that. Aespa's basically just a dance group and I don't think they're ever going to sing live in Korea for the rest of their careers. I bet even if they hold a concert later on, they won't sing live there either..

Honestly, Aespa is always getting into lip syncing controversies but never changes a thing, which is what I find unfortunate. Character has a lot to do with these controversies. While scandals are unavoidable, it's up to the singer to ultimately change their fate.

Idols are at the lead of the Hallyu wave but they're also an embarrassment as well. Not sure if we should be supporting them or just letting them be...
