Article: Firework celebration for Jungguk's birthday at Haeundae "revealed on YouTube"

1. [+797, -74] I've lived by Haeundae for a long time and think it's ridiculous that they gave a permit out like this for a celebrity's birthday

2. [+563, -74] Everyone's busy fighting life and death over the virus right now and you're really throwing a fireworks celebration over a celebrity's birthday? Are you crazy? The head of Haeundae needs to wake up because he clearly couldn't have given this permit out with a sane mind. Even if it was supposed to be streamed on YouTube, you had to have known that people would start gathering to watch it on the beach. If any confirmed cases come out of this, the guilt is on you.

3. [+258, -9] I'm not an anti, I'm just someone living in Busan who started searching what was going on because of all the noise ㅡㅡ I woke up to sounds of thunder. It's obviously not some small show if I can hear it all the way from my neighborhood. How did the city even allow something of this scale?? Sigh...

4. [+155, -11] Please take this back to China~~!! During these times?!!

5. [+113, -19] Chinese Armies don't get it ㅡㅡ

6. [+66, -1] Man, I heard the noise and started searching if the typhoon had landed because of all the thunder noises but this was all just a fireworks show over a singer's birthday??? Are you people sane???

7. [+62, -1] As someone living in Haeundae, this is not only ridiculous but angering. I randomly started hearing loud noises outside so I looked out to see fireworks? Haeundae has already suffered hard times from all the flooding and had to close down a lot of the facilities, and there were more confirmed cases just today too. Do you really expect Haeundae civilians to be celebrating some celebrity's birthday with fireworks at a time like this? Especially when people all over the world are already aware of the effect Haeundae has had on the rising cases? You really gave the Chinese permits to hold fireworks on our beaches? What country is the city working for if not for us?

8. [+63, -3] During these times of life and death, you're really throwing fireworks for some celebrity ㅡㅡ not only is this thoughtless but it's pathetic

9. [+55, -0] What do you people think you're doing? If this was done by Chinese fans, why can't they go do it over in China? What're you doing in Korea? And who gave them these permits?

10. [+54, -0] I live in Haeundae and I thought the typhoon had landed early. My heart was beating so fast. Is it really necessary to allow such loud events at a time like this?? Both sides are ridiculous and pathetic, one side for allowing it and the other for doing it...
