[Instiz] The terrible question that Park Yoochun's lawyer asked on the circumstances of rape

Instiz: Prosecutor on Park Yoochun's case "Can't rape be prevented by moving your hips and resisting?"

During the jury trial where the prosecutor had to prove that the victim's claims of being sexually assaulted in the bathroom were false, he went up to the stand to ask her, "You can avoid sexual (penetration) if you move your hips in resistance, right?" The majority of the women in court erupted in sounds of anger over the question.
