TV: Will 'Cheese In the Trap' fans ever be satisfied?
Article: 'Cheese In the Trap', picky fans is the 'real poison'

1. [+627, -32] The comparisons to 'Nodame' aren't fair because it wasn't the casting that was the problem but the production and direction
2. [+612, -162] Who was against Kim Go Eun? I actually think she'd be good for Hong Seol. At this rate, people won't stop being picky until they end up with some crappy acting idol in the Hong Seol role and get a wake up call tsk tsk. 'Nodame' had Shim Eun Kyung and the drama still managed to fail. In the end, the director is more important than the casting.
3. [+541, -45] Netizens made a huge fuss over 'Nodame' too, seriously worse than mother-in-laws ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ and of course the producers have to listen to the netizens since viewers = viewer ratings. Already people are calling the drama boring or they refuse to watch it if it doesn't go their way. Suzy's Instagram was terrorized when articles about her went out.

1. [+6,232, -412] The opinions of fans are important but I bet the PD is more knowledgeable about what works than the rest of us. I wish people would just shut up and wait instead of trying to make everything their business.
2. [+5,974, -266] Yeah it's pretty bad, it doesn't matter who will get the role because they'll get hate anyway. Producers should just keep their discussions a secret and make their own decisions.
3. [+4,558, -331] Fans should just let the casting run its course... they already ruined 'Nodame', why ruin another drama
4. [+4,006, -434] Honestly, once the drama actually broadcasts, the majority of the viewers won't know that it was a webtoon. The webtoon fans are the ones making a fuss over the casting. They should just stick to reading the webtoon.
5. [+3,294, -793] Just how amazing is this webtoon that there's this huge fuss over it
6. [+600, -25] Hong Seol this, Hong Seol that... sure the casting's important but have you not seen what happened to 'Nodame', the casting couldn't make up for the production.
7. [+546, -10] Fans should stop obsessing over casting someone who looks exactly like the character. 'Misaeng' Lee Sung Min didn't look like his webtoon counterpart and a lot of the webtoon readers called it out but he made up for it with his acting.
8. [+432, -30] This really is a problem. Especially since any celebrity who's even mentioned for the role gets terrorized on SNS with hateful comments.
