Gunguk got rid of their special treatment program for celebrities so Subin competed in the same process as all of the other non-celebrity students.

1. [+194, -13] (This best reply just reiterated the part about Subin getting in fair and square for the people that skimmed the article)

2. [+109, -20] It's like a male celebrity enlisting as active duty~~ Congratulations

3. [+117, -76] I'd rather use those brains to continue studying instead of staying in a girl group consistently ranked last

Article: f(x) Krystal admitted to Hanyang University's theater and film major through rolling admissions "Undecided on decision"

Source: TV Daily via Nate

1. [+813, -126] The standards for rolling is seriously ridiculous

2. [+682, -82] f(x) is busy so she probably won't even be able to attend class... and on top of that, it's Hanyang University...

3. [+604, -77] Hanyang is really meticulous with their attendance and grades so she'd have to really try hard, is that even possible with her schedule? It'd be better for her to choose another school instead of dropping out midway. I don't know whether she's planning on continuing acting but I know it'll be hard to be both an idol and a student.

4. [+141, -15] I'm a student studying for my college entrance exams for my third year for the same major as Krystal. People that aren't studying for the major probably aren't familiar with the level of competition. You can see it as close to 150:1 for just a regular college in Seoul. These majors will usually only pick 9 students at most. To be chosen, people in our major will practically live in the practice rooms, and there's still a bleak chance of getting in. These celebrities are stealing those spots. Why is it so hard for us to get in when celebrities can just pick and choose what college they want to attend? Some of us eventually give up and just prepare to be idols because it's easier... We won't recognize celebrities in the major unless they work and study as hard as we do in the same testing rooms. There's also the fact that professors will favor celebrities over us... I'm really grateful for respectful celebrities like IU, Suzy, and Yoo Seung Ho..

5. [+141, -21] Sigh, she really has no respect, doesn't she. Do you guys even know how ridiculously hard it is for students to get into the theater and film major. Her main career isn't even acting. Does she think admissions is some kind of a joke just because she didn't have to go through the formal process? If she wasn't a celebrity, I truly wonder what kind of college she would have even gotten into.

Article: Kang Jiyoung "Waiting on results of rolling admissions"

Source:
TV Daily via Nate

1. [+379, -40] Krystal got into Hanyang and Sungkyunkwan University...?? Daebak... ㅡㅡ

2. [+370, -35] How did she even collect enough points to apply for rolling admissions when she didn't even attend class much less just take a term test?

3. [+355, -38] In other news, her best friend Krystal apparently got into Hanyang and Sungkyunkwan University. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

4. [+85, -4] Lizzy said she'd take the college entrance exam when she was a senior in high school but obviously that didn't work out for her so she applied for rolling the next year to Kyunghee University.. without even a peep with the media.. ㅋㅋ Kang Jiyoung will probably do the same

5. [+82, -24] Our country needs to get rid of this ridiculous standard of allowing kids without any brains that only know how to strip and shake their a$$es into college. This is such an embarrassment for the country.

Article: Kang Jiyoung applies for colleges "Will she get in?"

Source: Newsen via Nate

1. [+132, -16] I'm really curious, why do singers insist on applying for theater and film majors? Aren't they supposed to be in applied music majors? What does being a singer have anything to do with acting? I mean, I get that if you're applying for rolling as a celebrity, you'd either go for music or acting, but the idols all listed in this article are clearly singers, and yet only one of them is an applied music major and the rest are acting.

2. [+163, -50] I consider promoting as a celebrity an experience in its own right, which is why I'm okay with theater/acting and applied music majors allowin special treatment programs like this. What I am against, however, are majors that have nothing to do with celebrity experiences giving special treatment to stars.

3. [+116, -19] So have all of the test takers finished reading articles on celebrities getting into colleges? Time to turn off the internet and open your books

4. [+28, -17] Fu*k and there goes another student who studied his/her a$$ off losing their spot in the competition ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If these stupid celebrities have any respect at all, they shouldn't apply for colleges higher than district colleges

5. [+23, -5] I want celebrities to apply for colleges fairly like the rest of us. This is such an unfair competition. They should think a bit more before they apply...
