Bang Shi Hyuk called for an overhaul of New Jeans stylist team?
Video: The reason Bang Shi Hyuk was horrified by New Jeans' Blue Dragon stage

1. [+952] Seriously, thank goodness the girls are pretty. The mess of their coordi is one thing but you can tell that their stylists completely ignore the girls' personal colors with these unmatching hairstyles and muddy colors.. the girls' faces made it look better than it was
2. [+534] Bang Shi Hyuk has an accurate sense for these kinds of things
3. [+352] Go Kyung Pyo caught my eye in 'Reply' but I became a fan after seeing him enjoy the stages at the Blue Dragon ceremony. It must be so empowering for the singers to watch an actor like him enjoying their stage like that.
4. [+148] The girls looked best with their naturally long, flowy hair. The thing that caught my eye about them was that of course they were beautiful but they didn't have that fake, manufactured look to them. Their natural hair made them look their age.
5. [+174] What I liked about their style at first was that it was retro but not over the top and still gave the girls an air of freshness. Then it just kept devolving into mess after mess, and that's probably why style controversies keep cropping up.. ㅠㅠ Their image used to be about actually looking like a student with that clean and innocent look..
6. [+99] I don't think I've ever seen a CEO get so involved with the styling before. I actually like that Bang Shi Hyuk is getting in there and providing feedback!
7. [+44] New Jeans looks better in fresh looks ㅜㅜ what is this ㅜㅜ
8. [+106] Am I the only one who liked it ㅋㅋㅋㅋ... I really like that Y2K vibe ㅜㅜ Even if they change out the coordi team, I hope they keep the same vibes going, just more tailored to the members' personal colors and in a way that brings out their natural beauty
9. [+29] Seeing stuff like this makes me realize how amazing Jun Soyeon is for not only writing and composing their songs but even doing all the styling too.
10. [+97] Maybe because I was already shocked by their TFM outfits but I actually thought their Blue Dragon outfits looked pretty ㅋㅋㅋ the true crazy coordi was whoever dressed them for the TFM...
11. [+52] Their new outfits are definitely different from that cute fresh look they had going on in the beginning ㅋㅋ Their debut look was just so perfect for them that it's going to be interesting to see what their future looks evolve into...
12. [+65] I figured they had Japanese stylists for the Japanese K-Con concert and let it go but then I saw their Blue Dragon outfits and realized that the stylists must've used up all their luck on their debut look and are out of steam now. I can't believe they were dressed so stuffy for a song that's about fresh vibes. Jeans with leaves on them... and their MMA outfits were weird in a different way. I don't know what the stylists are in such a rush for by constantly dyeing their hairs all these colors just half a year into their debut. I'm already bored of the dyed hair colors.. and the colors don't even bring out their beauty. If this is how their year-end stages are going to go, the stylists are basically lighting fire to everything that makes New Jeans unique...
13. [+77] Their music show outfits were so great, I don't get why it's getting so weird now that it's the year-end. It's like the stylists have no idea what direction they want to go in. Or did they get a new stylist in the middle?..
14. [+9] Hybe is Hybe for a reason... I like that Bang Shi Hyuk is stepping in and doing something about it ㅜㅜ It's so frustrating when companies ignore fans about changing coordis and keep pushing forward... Sometimes you just have to cut ties when it doesn't work.
15. [+4] Bang Shi Hyuk is 10000% right on this
16. [+5] The colors all made New Jeans look so ashy in complexion. It's amazing that the stylists were even able to turn such beautiful girls into this.
17. [+53] Bang Shi Hyuk is a graduate of Seoul University's art school ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ he definitely has an eye for stuff like this
18. [+123] I get that they were going for that Y2K, early 2000s teen feel, which is fine and all but it's not a match for a song that's more on the fresh, cool side. Minji's jacket made her look so stuffy and slow, it covered up her dance lines. Either way, the girls' beauty can still pull anything off
