Webtoon release of 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo' receives negative reviews

Article: "It's so boring" how can such a hit character 'Woo Young Woo' get such negative reviews?

1. [+401, -6] The reason the drama was so successful was because of the specific characteristics that only Park Eun Bin can pull off with her facial expressions, tone of speech, and gestures. You can't really express all of that through drawings.

2. [+85, -12] I read the first episode and stopped

3. [+60, -3] I don't find the drawing style to be charming. I don't know if the producers of the drama hired this writer or they outsourced it to an agency but they should've invested more money than this. I think they really thought webtoons were an easy market to make some money off of.

4. [+29, -1] Maybe it might be interesting to someone who's never watched the drama but I don't know why anyone would bother to watch the same story but in webtoon form.

5. [+24, -2] The drawing style makes it hard to get into at all

6. [+8, -0] This is a character that only Park Eun Bin can do

7. [+5, -0] I think they outsourced this to some cheap writer...

8. [+4, -0] The answer is that the webtoon doesn't have Park Eun Bin

9. [+4, -0] People are so dense it drives me nuts. Does anyone really think Woo Young Woo was successful because of the storyline?

10. [+3, -0] The drama was not successful because of its storyline! It was only because of the lead actress! The writer actually proved to be untalented and there's no way such a poorly written story can translate into a successful webtoon, tsk tsk.

11. [+3, -0] Feels exactly like a webtoon that someone was paid to draw. Feels like some franchised meal and not a hole in the wall dinner.

12. [+3, -0] Everything about it is just awkwardly executed
