1. [+11,399, -942] Dog owners have gotten away with too much for too long. They had this coming.

2. [+9,455, -668] "Our dog is nice, she doesn't bite ^^" you mean she doesn't bite YOU

3. [+7,989, -355] Dogs aren't the problem, the owners are

4. [+1,531, -54] Create a new paparazzi law~ where you're allowed to take pictures of anyone without a leash or a muzzle on their dog and submit the picture for penalization and compensation. A lot more people will be responsible out on the streets then ㅋㅋㅋ

5. [+1,519, -58] I noticed a lot of dogs around my neighborhood today still weren't wearing leashes. Either held up by their owners or straight up ignoring anyone who tells them to leash them. Please strengthen the laws around pets.

6. [+1,336, -22] Dog owners are more at fault than these dogs

7. [+1,390, -66] The media has always been so quiet whenever people were bitten by dogs but now that it's a Hanilkwan CEO who was bitten by a celebrity dog, the media's all over it

1. [+11,222, -193] We're all saying the dog killed the victim but it actually traces back to the owner killing the person too. It's only fair for the person that died that the owner of the dog be given severe punishment as well. Enough with the slap on the wrists and paying money to get out of these situations. Throw them in jail.

2. [+6,493, -169] I've always kept my dog leashed but bought a muzzle for him recently too.. gotta make sure he wears it out from now on..

3. [+7,593, -833] Is Choi's family still keeping that murder dog alive? I'm stunned

4. [+6,565, -987] Sure the initial responsibility is on the owner but if a dog bit someone once, they can bite someone again. It's not like you're going to keep them leashed and muzzled 24/7, putting them down is the only answer. Dogs are animals. Even humans struggle with reform, how do you expect a dog to go through it too?

5. [+1,384, -36] Make it a jailable offense. Then we'll see a lot fewer people owning dogs or being more careful about it.

Pann: The reason Choi Siwon's dog is still alive

1. [+232, -11] Shouldn't he be getting in trouble with Starbucks for copyright issues???

2. [+189, -44] How is he even selling these when he has no fans

3. [+117, -5] It's surprising to see so many new things being found about a dog with its own brand. That wasn't the first time the dog bit someone either.

4. [+109, -0] Ugh, seeing that dog's eyes makes me feel weird now

5. [+101, -0] Tried to make a quick buck off the dog but shattered his career instead. Look at the domino effect it's having, SuJu's comeback canceled, calls for him to be taken off the drama, image completely ruined..

6. [+70, -0] Still bothers me that he was using his fans to sell this stuff when he's already so rich

7. [+60, -3] Who's going to buy this stuff about a murder dog anymore? ㅋㅋ

8. [+53, -0] What a psycho

9. [+31, -0] It bothers me that he has no problem putting his name over profitable things like this brand but stays quiet when it comes time to actually take responsibility for this dog. And the fans shielding him are just as hopeless as well. It's obvious that they bought all this merchandise not because they thought the dog was cute but because it had Choi Siwon's name on it.

10. [+21, -2] Ugh seeing this gives me goosebumps... put the dog down already...
