Second generation girl groups continue to collapse like dominoes

Article: From Wonder Girls to SISTAR... the popular 'second generation girl groups' collapse

Source: Everyday Econ via Naver

1. [+606, -40] Wonder Girls disbanding was really shocking. They changed into a band and proved everyone wrong with how successful they were. They had at least five more years of good promos ahead of them left ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

2. [+402, -16] miss A seems effectively over with Suzy and Min's contracts expiring. JYP seems to be keeping things hush hush as they try to renew with Suzy. Or maybe keeping it hush hush to keep it out of the media crossfire with Twice's comeback...

3. [+371, -23] 4minute, Wonder Girls, 2NE1, and SISTAR were the memories of my teens ㅠㅠ farewell ㅠㅠ feels like my teens disappearing for some reason ㅠㅠ

4. [+319, -24] Sad about SISTAR but it's not like they're disbanding because they hate each other..

5. [+191, -9] So sad because WG, SISTAR, 2NE1, and 4minute had so many great songs ㅠ

6. [+33, -4] I personally wish disbandment wasn't a choice... People like them because they're a member of a group. I'd rather they keep the group's name alive and go on to do their individual things. I honestly thought SISTAR would really keep going...

7. [+56, -12] KARA, WG, 2NE1, 4minute, SISTAR, T-ara, Rainbow disbanded... After School on path to disbandment, SECRET only has three left. The groups remaining are SNSD, Girl's Day, and A Pink? From the 2009 golden line, SNSD's the only group left.

8. [+20, -0] miss A and f(x) aren't promoting anymore, and this year seems to be an important hump for SNSD... If SNSD collapses, it's really the end of the second generation girl groups.
