Article: 'Moon Lovers' The romance concludes in a sad ending... IU returns to modern times 'time slip end'

1. [+776, -15] I thought that they'd meet in the modern time and have a happy ending... but Lee Jun Ki got a lonely sad ending all to himself ㅠㅠㅠㅠ he became king and lost everything...

2. [+647, -20] Would've been nice if they met up in modern times... It was also a bit lacking how Haesoo woke up in the modern time as well.

3. [+570, -14] I thought they'd meet in the modern time dammit ㅋㅋㅋ

4. [+89, -3] It wasn't even like this drama was produced with scripts given to them on the day of recording. It was pre-produced and yet this was the best they could do? I feel like a fool for sticking through with this until the end... The PPL were better stars in this drama.

5. [+78, -6] So for the past 20 episodes, the point of the drama was that the Goryeo concealer was the 'isoi' bb cream??? What a dumb ending, poor Lee Jun Ki ㅠㅠ

6. [+75, -1] If it's true that Lee Jun Ki had a scene in the present time wearing a suit and all and the producers edited it out, what were they thinking? They even edited out some other scenes in the Korean broadcast despite keeping it in the Chinese broadcast.

7. [+74, -1] This has to be the first ever Korean drama... that sucks harder than the Chinese version.

8. [+61, -3] Lee Jun Ki lost Hae Soo, didn't even get to hold his daughter before he had to let her go too... and I still sat through the whole thing, even as others left him, with the one hope that he'd meet her in the modern time!!!!!!! Was it so hard to include one scene, one damn scene where he appears in the real world and looks at her?! Ugh!!!!

1. [+9,969, -124] I saw the transition to modern times and thought they would finally get hooked up but it ended as an 'isoi' ad ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

2. [+7,259, -72] It's not that I don't get the ending... but the last episode leaves much to be desired ㅠㅠㅠㅠ... and weren't they supposed to reconnect in modern times

3. [+6,600, -101] He's left all alone on the throne ㅠㅠ what a good actor ㅠㅠ

4. [+5,905, -92] Would've been nice if we got something to hold on to at the end... the open ending doesn't work because they've shoved so much down our throats already.

5. [+5,459, -61] If only they met in another world in another time.. ㅠㅠ

6. [+1,161, -26] The finale episode was basically an 'isoi' CF. Pointless drama where you feel bad for every single character~~ the director and scriptwriter need to step it up~

7. [+1,057, -21] I'm so mad. In the Chinese version, So and Haesoo meet up in the modern time. Talk about an empty ending.. ridiculous ㅠ

8. [+1,033, -20] Ah.. broke my heart at the end when Haesoo remembered everything and apologized for leaving him alone... I secretly hoped that they'd meet again in the real world ㅠㅠㅠ
