Sunny: "The Birkin bag is notorious for being difficult to purchase so some mother-in-laws will ask their daughter-in-laws to get it for them as a test. An unni I know actually got a request list from her mother-in-law with the Birkin bag on it. Her fiance was a mid-tier chaebol but the unni came from an average household. It was her first time hearing about such a brand. She ended up getting some of the other things on the list except the Birkin and lived a life of nagging by the mother-in-law until they eventually got divorced."
