Girl's Day issues teary apology over attitude controversy, to make amends on another apology broadcast

Article: "Girl's Day's attitude controversy? It was all a skit"

Source: MBN TV via Nate

1. [+2,454, -118] That was not a skit ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They were totally serious about it. T-ara has rice cake Eunjung and now Girl's Day has dumpling Sojin

2. [+2,125, -109] Do you think think we're idiots?

3. [+2,083, -90] Choikoon-nim, you're suffering a lot for this, aren't you... I saw the broadcast, that was no skit..

4. [+204, -11] Nevermind the dumpling incident, how is it professional at all for them to be acting so tired on broadcast? ㅋㅋㅋ SISTAR, Seo In Young, and AOA were all on this show and they never got into this controversy... since when was Girl's Day a top group?

5. [+141, -11] It's not the dumpling skit that people are pissed about it, it's that for two hours they were sitting there trying to act like top stars ㅋㅋㅋ bye bye bye Girl's Day

6. [+123, -9] If that was acting, they all deserve female lead awards

7. [+79, -9] Their agency is trying so hard to put out the fire

8. [+67, -8] So you're saying they're such good actors who managed to fool all the viewers

Article: [Exclusive Interview] Choikoon, "Girl's Day apologized in tears over attitude controversy... my heart is heavy"

Source: MBN TV via Nate

1. [+1,618, -105] Of course they're going to cry, their income's about to be cut off ㅋㅋㅋ But this is not an issue to be solved by crying. I bet you 100% that they're going to cry in the follow up broadcast

2. [+1,419, -108] Their true image has already been exposed. It's too late to put out the fire and recover an image they've already lost...

3. [+1,414, -77] They're going to end up like T-ara... lose everything in a moment. Never lose your roots...

4. [+95, -7] I doubt they're crying because they're genuinely apologetic... they're just crying because they got yelled at by their CEO and realize they've hit rock bottom.

5. [+83, -10] What a scary job being a celebrity is. You can do so well and then stand to lose it all over one attitude controversy ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

6. [+73, -8] I can already tell that they probably cried and acted all fake ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

7. [+71, -3] They were probably yelled at by their CEO, fake b*tches

8. [+66, -7] Choikoon's trying so hard to save these kids from the fire but he's so late... unless they shave their heads on the follow up broadcast ㅋㅋㅋ

-

Source: Naver

1. [+1,126, -74] This is Girl's Day's fault, not Choikoon's...

2. [+981, -102] It was honestly to the point where even the viewers were uncomfortable

3. [+919, -66] Girl's Day just showed their true colors thinking that this was just some lowly internet broadcast show that no one would care about... and now they're trying to do damage control with all this talk about apologies and a follow up broadcast. I'm not blaming Girl's Day in particular for having issues but it seems to be the law that people change with fame.

4. [+755, -74] Girl's Day acting like this only makes it more awkward for Choikoon to deal with

5. [+339, -35] T-ara lost everything over a rice cake... Girl's Day is losing everything... over a dumpling......

6. [+313, -25] They probably thought they could act however they wanted because TV shows edit it all out for you ㅋㅋㅋ didn't realize how scary a live broadcast can turn on you. Did they think live stream viewers would somehow be more forgiving than TV viewers? They're the same people in the end ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It was too obvious that they were looking down on this

7. [+298, -21] I already saw Choikoon look like he's about to lose his temper multiple times

8. [+275, -19] Why is Choikoon apologizing when Girl's Day is the one that screwed up

-

Article: Girl's Day to guest another time on Choikoon TV for attitude controversy! 'apology broadcast on the 10th'

Source: MBN TV via Nate

1. [+2,041, -67] This is the worst self demolish of a group I've seen since KARA

2. [+1,758, -64] Choikoon-ah, you should feed Sojin some dumplings

3. [+1,708, -64] I wonder how they're going to resolve all this considering the water's already been spilled

4. [+166, -8] Their agency is probably making them do this ㅋㅋㅋ I doubt the members would want to go through with it ㅋㅋ

5. [+144, -15] The bus has already left

6. [+134, -14] Already saw your true colors..

7. [+118, -6] KARA, T-ara: Welcome~ this is your first time here, right?

8. [+89, -11] It's already over ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Article: Girl's Day makes 'M! Countdown' comeback... sexy 'Ring My Bell'

Source: Star News via Naver

1. [+1,375, -94] The dumplings really put them in a new light for me

2. [+1,217, -46] So apparently they're going to guest on the show again tomorrow, I wonder what they're going to say to clarify all this

3. [+1,152, -63] Aside from the dumplings, they were basically ignoring him. Just overall uncomfortable for viewers.

4. [+355, -33] Dumpling Sojin takes the baton from Rice cake Eunjung ㅋㅋㅋ

5. [+277, -22] It's not just the dumplings incident, you just can't shield the rest of their attitude on the show

LOL whut, managers even control what underwear they wear?!

    ReplyDelete
  23. But he acted like it was nothing on stage. Very professional

I'm just curious if you know that this was an accident and let's say Girl's Day could have been avoided like entirely by just wearing those underpants the others wear

    ReplyDelete
  31. even if the situation is different (one supposedly on purpose, the other a wardrobe malfunction), sadly a female idol will always generally have it worse and intentional or not they'll still get called sluts.

    ReplyDelete

  33. . [+21, -0] It's even funnier watching it in video ㅋㅋㅋㅋ As his pants rips, his red underwear says hi as if a fire just bloomed there ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    I'm sorry, I feel bad for laughing...minhyuk-ah

    ReplyDelete
  34. Its not as stand out as Minhyuk's accident HAHA

    ReplyDelete
  35. we nearly saw her coochie

    ReplyDelete
  36. Luckily it was black yea
Even if it was red in this case it wasn't as bad, because they have colourful clothes on, poor Minhyuk ... Red on Navy

    ReplyDelete
  37. I think this will be nominated as the embarrassing moment of the year

    ReplyDelete
  38. Sorry Minhyuk oppa, i can't protect you ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

  39. If this was a girl and the K-netz had these types of comments, all the comments on Nbuzz would be screaming "misogyny". But somehow it's fine if its a guy. Talk about double standards.

    ReplyDelete
  40. The pants are too tight, I always have problems with male idols wearing tight pants, even during Infinite's paradise era, those white pants where I hugged their crotches seriously annoyed me.

It's embarrassing for Minhyuk, guess he didn't see it coming, I'd rather he wears something more comfortable to dance with rather than these super tight pants when you don't know when it'll rip :/.

But anyway, I'm loving this comeback Btob has, so much recognition than before, glad to see them get some spotlight ^^

  44. Plot twist : it was part of the stage outfit concept too

    ReplyDelete
  45. AweshumVic AnimalLoverJuly 9, 2015 at 10:24 AM

Honestly speaking, if the girl group has a positive image, I'm leaning more to sympathy. You can't compare it to girl's day pants reactions, because firstly they always went the sexy route (which drew quite some criticism already), and the accident happened because she was wearing shorts with no underpants accompanied with that dance move. That was a rather severe/daring mistake on her clothing part, but if a girl group with a more positive image wore long black pants, and then accidentally split it, I don't think the people would be too mean about it. I mean, if they already wore long black pants, they wouldn't be going the "show skin" route, so having such an accident happen would more be taken as an embarrassing situation than one driving criticism.

    ReplyDelete
  46. 'Where i hugged their crotches' gal the typo is so 😂😉

    ReplyDelete
  47. people here comparing it with Sojin's shorts lol! double standards? dumb! this is wardrobe malfunction and girl's day's case wasn't. unless Minhyuk did that on purpose which is so foolish!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Senpai'n the sky with DiamondsJuly 9, 2015 at 10:25 AM

I personally don't have a problem with their outfits but you can't compare trousers ripping during movement to wearing jeans panties without actual panties underneath.

    ReplyDelete
  49. omg xD poor minhyuk! He probably regret wearing red underwear today lol.

    ReplyDelete
  50. It depends, btob concept isnt sexy, and girlgroups are often sexy so the first that comes to your find is that it was on purpose. I agree that even if a boy does it on purpose itd be considered cute

    ReplyDelete
  51. i still watch that video and laugh my head off

    ReplyDelete
  52. yeah, sojin's wasn't a wardrobe malfunction. that's why she should've been responsible enough to at least wear some safety shorts.

    ReplyDelete
  53. haha because they went there (gwangju) last night after late radio schedule, I think the manager prepare stuffs that sleeping overnight needs

    ReplyDelete
  54. honestly if it was an accident, they would probably get sympathy or at least I hope they would

    ReplyDelete
  55. Why are you bringing GsD into this?

    ReplyDelete
  56. ok but if you look at him in the back dancing after he was trying to cover it up and was so embarrassed xD so cute

    ReplyDelete
  57. Almost as if BTOB was singing to comfort Minhyuk lol

    ReplyDelete
  58. i don't think so. even if it's a girl it wouldn't be so negative like what you think. If the girl wears something decent and accidentally rips like that, same reaction but if the girl wears indecent clothes to begin with.. that's another story.

    ReplyDelete
  59. because it recently happened to them

    ReplyDelete
  60. hate it when idols wear too tight pants. some find it nice because their crotches are out there but they look so uncomfortable.

    ReplyDelete
  61. so it makes sense to compare them. chill

    ReplyDelete
  62. true. why are they talking about double standards when it's so clear that this is accident while Sojin's case is not.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Lee Joon welcomes Minhyuk to the club too.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Thank you, i was looking for it for science

    ReplyDelete
  65. people are still talking about sojin's wardrobe malfunction where she wasnt wearing any underpants.

    ReplyDelete
  66. yeah but I feel like if he was wearing baggy basketball shorts and no underwear, then his penis got exposed, people will also be scolding him.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I think Spongebob

  69. depends, i guess. if it's really a wardrobe malfunction, they usually pity the artist, and kind blame their coordi.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Yeah, it was pretty cute. But i feel bad. He must've been embarrassed haha

    ReplyDelete
  71. Haha, I fixed it xD.

Also, I didn't see anyone calling them sluts. People have been calling it inappropriate and unnecessary, and even suggesting that they may have done it for attention. No one has been actively calling them sluts. You guys need to get over your victim complex.
