A neighborhood fell into some conflict when a family began putting out cat kibble for the street cats in the area. Other neighbors were opposed to the idea as they didn't want to deal with the street cat population and as an act of warning, someone anonymous cruelly murdered a baby cat by beheading it and placing its body on top of the bowl of kibbles laid out for the cats. Someone took a picture of it and spread it on SNS.
Netizens are demanding police investigation into the issue but police are waiting for a proper police report before acting further.

1. [+1,419, -86] What did the street cats do so wrong to deserve being caught and so brutally murdered... Cats are territorial... you can kill off the cats in your neighborhood but once it's empty, another population of cats will enter it. If you leave out kibbles for street cats, they won't be starved which means there will be less of them ripping through your garbage. TNR also aids in controlling the population... This is a world made for everyone to live in together, it's not fair to rule out one over the other. I heard Kangdonggu expanded their food services for street cats.. hard to believe the complete opposite is happening on the other side.
2. [+1,298, -52] Anyone who can do this to animals can do it to human lives. Please catch whoever is responsible immediately.
3. [+1,174, -53] I can't believe some of the people defending such an act. Are you all murderers? Every life is precious.
4. [+99, -8] I'm not an animal lover but I hate how people always pin noises and piss/poo on the streets to street cats. Should we make a bet??? I bet humans cause more mess on the streets than street cats. If you're seriously killing these cats for messing up the streets, then you should be killing people first.
5. [+85, -8] Human beings have this misconception that the earth belongs to us and only us and that we can do whatever we want to animals... but there is no bigger parasite to the world than human beings.

1. [+1,223, -75] There are a lot of people who don't think it's a big deal when someone murders an animal... but it's those same people who can later end up being psychopathic serial killers. This is not an issue to just let go and move on from.
2. [+890, -67] No matter how much food you leave out for street cats and dogs, they don't live as long as you think. Dogs and cats end up dying to heartworm and other diseases when left out on the streets for so long. What did cats do so wrong that they deserve to be killed like this over... how can we trust that someone who can kill animals won't kill human lives?
3. [+812, -43] It's scary to think about. That they're able to kill a living thing knowing that it can feel fear like the rest of us. I heard psychopaths start off by killing animals. Anyone who can pull off such an act is a latent criminal in my eyes. We should not let this go easily.
4. [+616, -18] It's humans that throw these cats on the streets and it's humans that kill them in the end. If you're going to raise a cat, be responsible for its entire life. Don't get one because it's cute and lose it on the streets because you're tired of it.
5. [+521, -19] Please don't adopt a cat if you aren't going to be responsible for its entire life. People throw their cats out and then whine about the real estate prices dropping because of them.
6. [+189, -23] This issue should not be let go of. Anyone who can cut the head of a cat off is capable of even worse things in the future.
7. [+165, -25] This makes me so enraged I'm shaking... anyone who can do that is a monster.. monsters deserve to be taken in and have the same thing happen to them. Please catch whoever did it.
