'W Korea' denies giving Nine Muses permission to use their pictorial as an 'homage'

Once accused of plagiarizing Nine Muses teaser images from W Korea's magazine pictorial, reps claimed it was an homage and that they received consent, which W Korea came out to reject and said, "They never asked us anything about the pictorial and we never gave consent either."

Star Empire rep had previously said, "The new album jacket pictures are an homage of W Korea's pictorial. There are no problems with copyright. We resolved everything before filming."
