Star Empire, "We send our apologies to W Korea photographer Hong Jang Hyun and confess to the truth here. Although we previously released a statement saying that we 'received consent from the photographer' and that we had gotten 'copyright sorted prior to filming', this is not the truth. Like W Korea said in their statement, we were not able to resolve copyright issues prior to filming, nor receive consent from the photographer. We realized our mistake after our statement went out and have requested articles to fix what is wrong. It is true that we used Hong Jong Hyun's W Korea March 2013 pictorial as inspiration for our Nine Muses album jacket images. We once again deeply apologize to the photographer and for confusing everyone."
