[Instiz] Mnet includes Taemin and Kai in mock votes for 2014 MAMA kiss performance

Instiz: The M! Countdown Twitter has to be on drugs (ridiculous)

M! Countdown put up a vote for their 'kiss performance' for MAMA 2014 and listed Taemin x Kai as one of the possible couples. Netizens thought it was controversial since it puts Taemin and Kai in an awkward position and wondered whether their permission was even received for their names to be put up in such a manner.

"They're crazy, did they even get permission?"

"I get that Kai and Taemin are close but this feels wrong.."

"Isn't this a form of sexual harassment? It's not a performance that the singers themselves voluntarily want. It's an order from a TV show that the singers aren't in a position to decline... and it's obvious they're using the kiss performance as a ploy for viewers. That kiss could impact the singer's career for the rest of their lives... I don't see what good could come out of it."

Mnet later put up an apology saying the votes will have no effect on the 2014 MAMA and that it was just a spinoff highlight for their 'M! Countdown x MAMA' special episode. Taemin and Kai were included in the votes because they were the two out of 20 stages that viewers wanted to see a return performance of (included in the highlight) .
