Because of her taller than average height, she was called 'Frankenstein' and 'the female Choi Hong Man' all her life. She also had 15mm of gum exposed whenever she smiled, cavities left untreated for 10 years, and other dental problems. Over the course of 77 days, she got work done on her jaw, facial structure, gums, teeth, liposuction, and fat transplant to her forehead, along with 18kg of weight loss.

After her transformation, she was hired as an online shopping mall model by season 2 contestant and fulfilled her dream of becoming a model.

1. [+246, -34] This could be a really great show if they would just fix what needed to be fixed but they're clearly going all out for the sake of the show and fixing even what doesn't need to be fixed. It only makes people wonder how much prettier they'll get if they get work done.

2. [+210, -14] I'm really surprised at how natural her surgery turned out, doesn't look plastic at all. She's so pretty now, I'm honestly jealous. The other contestants always looked plastic in the end but this is amazing. She even has a boyfriend ㅋㅋ

If it's not dramatic like this, the show won't get ratings... Even without this show, people will continue to get work done since eyes and nose seem to be basic lately;;;
