At the idol futsal competition on the 26th, After School's fans felt that the members/Pledis were not respectful to their fans. They did not greet them upon entering and did not tell the fans that they would not be participating in the ending recording and just left.

Fans said, "Fan service is not an obligation but the agency should not ignore the fans outright. We waited for hours on hard chairs and the agency did not tell us anything during the wait. There is a clear communication issue within Pledis."

Major fansites then unified to temporarily close down until the agency cleans up their act.

Raina then wrote up a long apology on Twitter.

1. [+185, -13] Celebrities rely on their popularity for their careers?! What a joke. T-ara Jiyeon who has groups of antis released a new album, got on broadcast, shot a new pictorial, and ranks #1 in article rankings. Even rookies without a name manage to land leading roles. Do you think celebrities like that consider their fans worth anything?! Celebrities live off of sponsors and CFs. Don't be naive enough as to believe their fans matter.

2. [+147, -2] Celebrities aren't obligated to wave and greet fans but it's out of minimum respect that they should greet them to show their gratitude over them traveling long ways to see them. Celebrities don't often realize just how much money they're making and always complain about how hard they have it. What a shame.

3. [+152, -8] Why do celebrities think they're so special....... You make so much money off of little popularity... They're basically entertainment clowns. You celebrities know that... Don't act so cocky, like you're so amazing when you're not.

4. [+32, -6] I'm sure they have their own regrets but aren't they basically saying that they don't care about their fans to the point that they won't even greet them by waving their hand? They didn't even look at them to smile... For fans to be this up in arms about it, then the members really must've not shown them any attention. They're not even top stars and they're acting like this already... ㅋㅋ Should be grateful for what you have now, your popularity won't last forever.

5. [+27, -4] From the tone of Raina's words, I don't detect sincerity but rather frustration that she has to apologize.

6. [+20, -1] Summary: I'm really sick so I can't be bothered to take care of you fans.

7. [+19, -2] Is she calling that an apology? She's basically saying I've done this much and put in this much effort, why won't you recognize it. She sounds more like she's whining about this and that. An apology should be just that, an apology. Why bring up things from the past? So she's admitting to doing nothing for the fans.

8. [+19, -1] The apology reads like she was forced to do it

9. [+12, -0] Do they not realize it's because of their supportive fans that they're here where they are  ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ This angers me

10. [+12, -1] The focus should be elsewhere. I'm sure the members have always treated them like this but fans just took it and let it go... but at a big event like that, they suddenly saw comparisons. While other celebrities were being friendly with their fans, they're stuck with frustration...

1. [+481, -6] There's always a reason as to why a group isn't popular ㅋ

2. [+449, -6] They're full of themselves... ignore the fans after they requested fan banners tsk tsk

3. [+367, -3] They're not even that popular yet and already their fans are mad ㅋㅋㅋ

4. [+348, -3] Ignored them after they requested fan banners ㅋㅋㅋ I'd be mad too

5. [+79, -1] Seems the few fans they have will be leaving ㅋ

6. [+77, -4] Even though they're apologizing, I bet they're super frustrated on the inside. So obvious.

7. [+66, -1] No respect to the fans, I'd be mad too
