Can only work a max 35 hours a week and cannot promote between 10 pm and 6 am (unless you have parental permission).

1. [+651, -5] This system is already in place in America and Japan. I'm glad that our country is putting it in place, albeit behind, but what gets me is that the law is useless if the parents consent to it. If a broadcast rep pressured the parents by saying that they need the kid on their show, how could they refuse? Why do they always put good laws in place with a loophole?

2. [+395, -4] It's a good law. Even if they're a celebrity, a minor is a minor and need the necessary protection.

3. [+256, -6] Good to see a good law for once~ Although I would've liked to see it increased to 18 and under. Either way, I'm satisfied that the law is even out.

4. [+15, -2] Why did they include that parental consent loophole???? Should just ban it outright... remake the law without that part. This law is absolutely necessary in Korea.

5. [+4, -0] I don't get what the point of the law is when the parents can just consent to it.
