Han Sul Hee, 30 years old, has outstanding vocal talent. She dreamt of becoming a musical singer before her 'ugly looks' began holding her back. She never got a chance to perform on stage and her friends would always tell her, "You should sing behind a folding screen" or "Sing with a helmet on." She switched paths to become a vocal trainer before joining an agency as a trainee. Unfortunately, her prettier friends would debut faster than her, which made her decide to get plastic surgery.

[+457, -21] The program's original aim was to treat people from the inside out but instead they're making people get all this unnecessary surgery from forehead implants, aegyo fat, etc, killing all of the features that made them natural and unique and turning them to the same face as everyone else. Plastic surgery alone cannot restore self esteem and confidence. I think producers are just aiming for a big difference in the 'before and after' effect to draw in viewers.

2. [+331, -15] I can get why she got the jaw surgery considering her pronunciation was off when she sang because of the way her jaw was structured but why did they give her the other surgery? She looks unnatural now

4. [+33, -1] I'm in a similar situation as her so I can understand her decision to undergo the surgery but... why get breast implants?
