A 15 year old junior high school student and her friends were arrested for dragging around a fellow 13 year old student for 7 hours and assaulting her by hitting her with their fists and kicking her along with stealing $20 and her cellphone. She was also dragged to a construction site and was threatened to be beat up with a shovel that was there.

The three had history of bullying the younger girl for not greeting them properly and avoiding them when they attended the same school. They used that as reason to beat her up and steal her money.

When her father reported the matter to the school, the school forced the two girls to transfer to another school. To get their revenge, the girls came back with their juniors and beat her up for 7 hours as described above.

1. [+80, -4] I really don't know who the law is meant to protect anymore... I get that they're minors but I don't think these students are mere minors anymore, they're adults... As adults ourselves, we should be leading them down the right path but there are some that will never follow no matter what and if they don't want to act as minors anymore, they shouldn't be given the benefit of a minor. Just make them pay the full price for their actions.

3. [+55, -4] So just because they were reported for school violence, a group of them dragged around a fellow peer for 7 hours and beat her up the entire time. These girls won't learn until they're given the biggest consequence available.

5. [+35, -0] These kids should not be tried as minors... How are we supposed to raise our kids in this country? In fear? Please strengthen the consequences.

6. [+36, -4] With the way our law works, the court will set the girls free and they'll get revenge on her once again.
