TV: [Spoilers!!!] Dad! Where are you going?

I'm sorry I put off this request for so long. It was just so daunting because of how popular the show is, meaning that I'd wake up to the top 20 articles being all about 'Dad!' whenever the show aired. Feel free to let me know if there's a specific kid or part of an episode you want to see reactions to. Considering the popularity of the show, I think every single second of it is documented in article form somewhere :P.

Article: 'Dad!' continues its popularity, but this is the time where decisions are most important

Source: OSEN via Nate

"MBC's 'Dad! Where are you going?' is continuing its streak of popularity. Three months since its first episode, the show's viewer ratings remain high. Although it's recently suffered a drop from its highest record, the show remains in the 10% area, and the kids are still as popular as ever. Not only have they taken up various CFs and advertisements, but news regarding the children in the media receive ecstatic responses.
However, it's important to be careful when you're at the height of your popularity. There are some opinions regarding the drop in viewer ratings of the show 'beginning to lose its flavor'. Many are also fearful of the children turning into products of the entertainment industry when they have not yet matured...."

1. [+310, -18] None of us are expecting variety antics from the five children. We watch this show because it heals your heart and mind, much more so than 'Healing Camp'. Please just show us the children comfortably and as is! I trust that the producers won't force anything onto the children for the sake of the show! ^^

2. [+232, -83] It won't be good for the children for them to be on the show for so long, and of course, viewers are bound to get bored some day... I'd like to suggest that the show switches out members every three months, although it'd be difficult to see the children go...

3. [+53, -4] I think it'd be best to end the show when it's the most loved by the viewers. The longer the show goes on, the more haters it will garner, and I'm just afraid of the children getting hurt in the end.

4. [+48, -1] I think a change will be good too. Not necessarily changing the members but something different from going grocery shopping and cooking dinner. Since it's spring, maybe spring-related activities... or going on vacation with their other siblings.

5. [+35 -1] I at first wanted the show to go on for many more seasons but after seeing stupid people start comparing the children... I don't even want to see what will happen once new children are brought onto the show and how people will compare them to the old cast. Nobody ever thought the show would hit daebak like this anyway. Just end the show around May... There are already hateful replies coming out here and there. I don't want the children to be exposed to this so early on...

Article: Sung Joon cries over his mother's love confession to father Sung Dong Il

Source: TV Daily via Nate

1. [+353, -8] Jun may only be an 8 year old kid but it still surprises me how calm and dilligent he is. He's so dependable and always listens to his father~~ People are always saying that Sung Dong Il is too strict with him but I think he actually fosters a sense of independence in Jun and I like how he praises him when he's right and reprimands him when he's wrong. I love them the most because I think they truly got closer through this show.

2. [+315, -5] I choked up as well when Jun started choking up after reading, "I love you, darling" from his mom's letter!

3. [+261, -9] My heart clenched as well ㅜ

4. [+57, -2] Jun really did seem dependable.. Had it been another child, they would've crawled into their father's arms and cried but Jun wiped his tears and tried to hold it in as best as possible. I hope that he gets even closer with his dad and learns to play jokes on him~

5. [+49, -3] I felt like the other mothers were too aware of netizen opinions in their letters to their husbands, saying do this and not that.. but Jun's mother really wrote her letter from the heart, wishing the best for their father and son relationship. No wonder Jun felt her emotions so clearly like that.

Article: 'Dad!' Song Jong Guk tries to protect Jia from Yoon Hoo's skinship "Don't hug him"

Source: OSEN via Nate

1. [+547, -17] He was able to block Luis Figo... but now Captain Song is busy blocking Hoo ㅠㅠ

2. [+516, -13] Song Jong Guk is dealing with the second opening of his soccer career... Block Hoonaldo

3. [+284, -20] ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's so cute how he gets jealous

4. [+73, -3] I think she's at that age where it's right for him to teach her how to keep boys away. Not all boys are nice like Hoo.

5. [+68, -9] Like Jia's mom mentioned, Song Jong Guk carries around Jia far too often... She's not a little baby anymore. It felt good to hear her mom say something about it. Stop holding her... it'll foster bad habits.

6. [+65, -11] It's not simply an act of jealousy.. Any father who is raising a daughter goes through something like this. There are so many sexual crimes lately that it's important to teach your daughter how to ward off men.

7. [+63, -4] It's so funny how the same soccer player that I remember being amazed over while watching a video of him blocking off Figo is now sweating bullets over protecting his little daughter ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

8. [+62, -2] Hoomeo and Juljia

Article: 'Dad!' Yoon Hoo "There are no bad people here"

The episode featured a hidden camera where the kids discover a few coins on the side of the road. Their dads asked them to step on it and protect it while they go off somewhere and they have another dad come in and try to take the coin from them. Hoo refused to give up the coin to Kim Sung Joo saying, "It's not mine, we have to find the owners. My dad went to find the owner of the coins."
After his dad came back and said he couldn't find the owner, Hoo put the coin back down. The fathers then tried to convince him to take the coin so that he can buy toys with it but Hoo refused and said, "If the real owner sees the coin, he can take it. There are no bad people here. Only nice people."

1. [+431, -12] Yoon Hoo is a real angel

2. [+385, -14] Hoo has a way of surprising people. He was angelic today but he's always been innocent and kind. I was both surprised and touched when he said he didn't believe there were bad people. Hoo is just an angel.

3. [+361, -13] We all know Hoo loves fried eggs but it was so nice to see him share them with his friends. Yoon Min Soo said he resembled his mom like that... Hoo's mother really must be a kind person.

Article: 'Dad'! Kim Min Guk, already catches on to the hidden camera set up with his smart brain

Source: TV Daily via Nate

1. [+358, -15] Well he's 10 years old so of course he'll catch on to these things fast ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I thought it was cute that he admitted to catching on like that ㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, producers, we should stop the hidden camera stuff now

2. [+286, -8] Min Guk had his own scenario of how the hidden camera would play out already drawn in his head but Sung Dong Il came in and flipped it around ㅋㅋㅋ So funny

3. [+252, -14] Min Guk's hilarious ㅋㅋㅋ

4. [+76, -3] They should've done a different hidden camera for Min Guk. He's at the age where he knows now so do they expect him to just sit there and act? They shouldn't do the hidden camera stuff at all anymore. The other kids are bound to catch on as well.

5. [+54, -4] So funny how he said he knew about the hidden camera the minute they started pulling kids out ㅋㅋ

6. [+40, -3] When he gave the camera a thumbs up after being asked how his father did with his acting... I thought he'd make fun of him but you can tell that he really loves his father.

7. [+38, -5] Min Guk really is smart ㅋㅋㅋ

Article: 'Dad' Junsu does an unexpected action that takes the fathers by surprise 'Lee Jong Hyuk shocked'

Source: Newsen via Nate

When his dad told him to protect the coin while he went to find the owner, Junsu took the coin and started running, making the fathers think that he was running off with the money. Kim Sung Joo then stepped in and asked him for the coins, saying he saw it first so it was his. Junsu said, "Find the owner, we have to find the owner of the choin." Kim Sung Joo eventually gave up, saying Junsu wouldn't give the coin if it wasn't for the owner.

1. [+142, -0] Burst out laughing when he asked "Then what about the earth~?" ㅋㅋㅋ

2. [+141, -2] Sung Dong Il's comment was hilarious ㅋㅋㅋ Accused Junsu of taking the money and making a run for it ㅋㅋㅋ

3. [+117, -1] Junsu is truly Junsu when he was trying to start singing while playing the guitar ㅋㅋ Such a cute and humorous child~

4. [+31, -0] Such a cutie pie when he asked Kim Sung Joo uncle to look at it

5. [+29, -1] Ah, Junsu is seriously so charming ㅋㅋㅋ When he picked up the coin, I thought he was going to hide it or play a prank but when he said he was going to find its owner, I could just feel his innocence ㅠㅠ I love his eye smile too

6. [+23, -0] ㅋㅋㅋ Making a run for it with the money ㅋㅋㅋ

7. [+16, -0] I'm a guy and even I melt at Junsu's eye smile... Junsu-ya, hyung really.... lov..lov.... thinks preciously of you.
