It's probably a really nice dorm, though. That's probably what's so shocking about it. 2NE1's first dorm was really nice, and spacious too. And a year later they get TWO dorms with their own rooms, each dorm bigger than the last.

She USED to live in a dorm by herself but now she will be living with her mother in a separate apartment. companies, including YG, has never done something like this before where they would allow rookies to live in an apartment with their parents. thats why this is new news..

ReplyDeleteyeah technically they are the same but in Korea the words "dorm" and "apartment" are used different to distinguish one from the other. Dorms for ex tend to be less glamorous and fancy than apartments, and very much cheaper too.

The only thing thats different with Lee Hi is that her mother is moving with her because she's a soloist minor, which is still not news worthy.

Nice to know she'll be feeling a little more comfortable and familiar. Can't also deny that he must be very proud of her, I can already see he's really treating her like a daughter that past maknae Minzy never was lol. I think because she chose YG and invested her trust and he ultimately gave her two kickass songs, there's a mutual gratitude to both. I can see a connection forming between them. It's nice to see he cares so much.
