TV: [Spoilers!!!] K-Pop Star 2

Article: Choi Ye Geun, YouU unfortunately fail to enter the top 6 'K-Pop Star 2'

Source: Star News via Naver

1. [+222, -18] If Bang Yedam ends up winning, he will be the first winner to have won without ever singing a Korean song on a Korean audition program ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

2. [+221, -29] Can that little Yedam kid sing some Korean songs already instead of rolling his R's with all these pop songs

3. [+189, -11] They better put Bang Yedam up against Shin Jihoon next week

4. [+184, -19] Park Jin Young needs to stop judging. I get that he loves Shin Jihoon and Bang Yedam but it's so disrespectful of him to constantly be mentioning them while judging the other contestants. I really don't know what he sees in them. Bang Yedam hasn't shown us what he can do skill wise with Korean songs and Shin Jihoon is amazing for her age but not good enough for him to be comparing other contestants to her as if he's asking them, "Why can't you sing as great as Shin Jihoon?"

5. [+164, -4] Don't they remember Lee Seung Chul saying that when you sing American songs, anyone can sound like they're a great singer? They're going to debut in Korea and this is a Korean audition program so why are they all singing American songs... Is it because they know that Korean songs bring out the best and worst in your singing abilities so they're all just avoiding it?

6. [+161, -11] K-Pop Star is done. Don't even make a third season. Just go audition for the companies separately.

7. [+137, -3] Choi Yegeun was great but I felt like she was too much at times so I always felt turned off by her. And I'm sorry to say this, but her face is a bit awkward as well... As for talent alone, she's amazing for her age so it's disappointing that I won't be seeing her on TV anymore but I do hope she'll come back with a great song some day.

8. [+141, -8] The song "Sir Duke" sung by Bang Yedam was a song written by Stevie Wonder in honor of Duke Ellington. Did Bang Yedam even know what the lyrics were about? Did he even try to deliver the emotions behind such a powerful song? And of course, none of the judges criticized him on this at all, so no wonder all of the contestants are only focused on singing American songs. They get a free pass even if they don't deliver the emotions of the song correctly because nobody knows what the lyrics are about. Contestants, please sing Korean songs. We have plenty of great songs with great lyrics.

9. [+128, -4] Park Jin Young may seem like the most skilled judge because he actually studied composition but anyone who goes to JYP will fail. He makes you record the same line a thousand times until you sing it in his style and he trains you to turn you into a clone of himself in singing style, adlib, rhythm, etc. All of JYP's singers sing in the exact same style. I hope nobody chooses JYP.

10. [+90, -1] I hope Park Jin Young will start judging with the standards of the viewers in mind as well. We are the ones that are listening to the music and we are the ones that decide their future so it's a huge turn off to see him so absorbed in his own little world and pass kids who have the same music style as him and put down kids that don't. He needs to learn how to work with the public. Whenever he goes on and on about chords and air, I have no idea what he's talking about.

11. [+82, -3] Park Jin Young seems to be living in his own world. Once he decides he doesn't like you, he only tries to find what he doesn't like... And once he likes you, he tries to look for anything he likes in addition to that. But there's now a lack of trust in him now that we've seen how hard he's failed with the kids he's churned out. He should put his words into action instead of media play.

12. [+83, -13] I knew YouU would be dropped
